Public-key cryptography plays an essential role in ensuring many security properties required in data processing of various kinds. The theme of this workshop is novel public-key cryptosystems for solving a wide range of reallife application problems. This workshop solicits original contributions on both applied and theoretical aspects of public-key cryptography. We also solicit systematization of knowledge (SoK) papers, which should aim to evaluate, systematize, and contextualize existing knowledge. The call for papers attracted 20 submissions from Asia, America, and Europe. The program committee accepted 7 papers based on their overall quality and novelty (acceptance ratio: 35%). We hope these proceedings will serve as a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners in the field of public-key cryptography and its applications. 606 $aData protection$vCongresses 606 $aComputer security$vCongresses 615 0$aData protection 615 0$aComputer security 676 $a005.8 700 $aEmura$b Keita$0892421 702 $aSeo$b Jae Hong 702 $aWatanabe$b Yohei 712 02$aAssociation for Computing Machinery-Digital Library, 801 0$bNjHacI 801 1$bNjHacl 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910376155103321 996 $aProceedings of the 5th ACM on ASIA Public-Key Cryptography Workshop$91992993 997 $aUNINA
