After an introductory chapter explaining the concept of humanistic management and the plan behind this research project, the first part of the book is devoted to education. The authors address pedagogical strategies that can be used in higher education to introduce students to HM. In turn, the second part of the book focuses on the implementation of HM in corporations, while the third presents an approach for measuring and monetizing the social value generated by corporations through their economic activities. In the closing chapter, the editors illustrate how the three parts of the book can be combined to generate virtuous cycles in corporations. 410 0$aContributions to Management Science,$x1431-1941 606 $aManagement$xStudy and teaching 606 $aCorporate governance 606 $aEducation, Higher 606 $aSocial responsibility of business 606 $aBusiness$xReligious aspects 606 $aBusiness ethics 606 $aManagement Education$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/517040 606 $aCorporate Governance$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/511020 606 $aHigher Education$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/O36000 606 $aCorporate Social Responsibility$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/526010 606 $aFaith, Spirituality and Business$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/526030 606 $aBusiness Ethics$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/E14050 615 0$aManagement$xStudy and teaching. 615 0$aCorporate governance. 615 0$aEducation, Higher. 615 0$aSocial responsibility of business. 615 0$aBusiness$xReligious aspects. 615 0$aBusiness ethics. 615 14$aManagement Education. 615 24$aCorporate Governance. 615 24$aHigher Education. 615 24$aCorporate Social Responsibility. 615 24$aFaith, Spirituality and Business. 615 24$aBusiness Ethics. 676 $a658 702 $aAguado$b Ricardo$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aEizaguirre$b Almudena$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910367248203321 996 $aVirtuous Cycles in Humanistic Management$91990787 997 $aUNINA
