A wide range of decision-making techniques have been proposed in the literature to model complex business and engineering processes. In this Special Issue, 16 selected and peer-reviewed original research articles contribute to business information management in various current real-world problems by proposing crisp or uncertain multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) models and techniques, mostly including multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) approaches, in addition to a single paper proposing an interactive multi-objective decision-making (MODM) approach. Particular attention is devoted to information aggregation operators; 65% of papers dealt with this item. The topics of this Special Issue gained attention in Europe and Asia. A total of 48 authors from seven countries contributed to this Issue. The papers are mainly concentrated in three application areas: supplier selection and rational order allocation, the evaluation and selection of goods or facilities, and personnel selection/partner selection. A number of new approaches are proposed that are expected to attract great interest from the research community. 517 $aMultiple-Criteria Decision-Making 606 $aHistory of engineering and technology$2bicssc 610 $aadaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) 610 $aaggregation operator 610 $aaggregation operators 610 $aANFIS 610 $abi-directional projection model 610 $abinary discernibility matrices 610 $adecision making 610 $adesirability function 610 $adeterministic finite automata 610 $aDombi operations 610 $aEinstein operations 610 $aevidence theory 610 $afuzzy EDAS 610 $afuzzy sets 610 $agreen supplier 610 $agroup decision-making 610 $ahesitant probabilistic fuzzy Einstein aggregation operators 610 $ahesitant probabilistic fuzzy element (HPFE) 610 $ainteraction operational laws 610 $ainteractive approach 610 $ainterval multiplicative preference relations 610 $alinguistic cubic variable 610 $alinguistic cubic variable Dombi weighted arithmetic average (LCVDWAA) operator 610 $alinguistic cubic variable Dombi weighted geometric average (LCVDWGA) operator 610 $alogistics 610 $aMADM 610 $amaximizing deviation model 610 $aMCDM 610 $aMuirhead mean 610 $amulti-attribute decision making 610 $amulti-attribute decision-making (MADM) 610 $amulti-attribute group decision-making 610 $amulti-criteria decision-making 610 $amulti-hesitant fuzzy sets 610 $amultiobjective optimization 610 $amultiple attribute decision making 610 $amultiple attribute decision making (MADM). 610 $amultiple attributes decision-making 610 $amultiple criteria decision making (MCDM) 610 $amultiple criteria decision-making 610 $amultiple criteria group decision-making 610 $amultiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) 610 $aneutrosophic sets 610 $anonnegative normal neutrosophic number 610 $aorder allocation 610 $aprioritized average operator 610 $aprojection model 610 $aPythagorean fuzzy set 610 $aPythagorean uncertain linguistic variable 610 $aqueuing systems 610 $areliable group decision-making 610 $arough analytical hierarchical process (AHP) 610 $arough ANP 610 $arough boundary interval 610 $arough number 610 $arough sets 610 $arough weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) 610 $ascore function 610 $asingle-valued linguistic neutrosophic interval linguistic number 610 $asubcontractor evaluation 610 $asupplier 610 $asupplier selection 610 $atrapezoidal fuzzy number 610 $atrust interval 610 $aunbalanced linguistic set 610 $auncertain group decision-making support systems 610 $awarehouse 610 $aweighted aggregation operator 615 7$aHistory of engineering and technology 700 $aAntuchevi?ien?$b Jurgita$4auth$01294171 702 $aChatterjee$b Prasenjit$4auth 702 $aZavadskas$b Edmundas Kazimieras$4auth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910346836503321 996 $aMultiple-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) Techniques for Business Processes Information Management$93023033 997 $aUNINA
