Not only is it becoming an increasingly important element of relationships between entities, but, above all, it positively influences the building of an organization's intellectual capital. This capital can be defined in different ways, but its definition always references elements that determine the potential of sustainable organizations, often in human, social, relational, organizational, and innovation dimensions. Trust is increasingly becoming the key determinant of this capital (Ko?uch, Lenart-Gansiniec, 2017). Trust also has a number of different definitions. However, the basis of many of these definitions is the building of relationships focused on developing some kind of individual or inter-organizational link. Organizational trust is a complicated concept, and it is the basis of all organized activities performed by people in the organization, largely because trust is needed to develop relationships with integrity and commitment. Thus, it is interesting to study the relationship between trust and the building of the intellectual capital of sustainable organizations. Indeed, intellectual capital plays a special role here. It is a guide and a platform for achieving not only a competitive advantage for the sustainable organization, but also a source of value creation in the short and long term. Thus, this strategic hybrid, composed of a business model, strategy, and business processes, is favorable to the development of intellectual capital (Jab?o?ski 2017). Trust is an element that ties this capital to relationships in business. Moreover, it has an integrated character (R.C. Mayer, J. H. Davis, F. D. Schoorman 1995). Assuming that, nowadays, the network paradigm is becoming increasingly important, it is worth asking how the mechanism of building trust-based intellectual capital in a sustainable organization functions as its key asset in the network environment. 517 $aTrust Management 610 $aability 610 $aadvertising 610 $aantibiotic resistance 610 $aantibiotics 610 $aapology 610 $aasset specificity 610 $abusiness model 610 $abusiness processes 610 $aco-innovation 610 $acollaboration 610 $acompetences 610 $acompetition 610 $acomplexity 610 $aconceptual model 610 $aconsumer behavior 610 $aconsumer trust 610 $acontrol 610 $acooperation 610 $acooperation networks 610 $acoordinating behavior 610 $acreative industry 610 $aCSR 610 $acultural heritage management 610 $acultural routes 610 $aDAG scheduling 610 $adeep uncertainty 610 $adenial 610 $adistress 610 $adistrust 610 $aethical advertising 610 $aforeign direct investment 610 $aGeneral Discriminant Analysis 610 $aheterogeneous 610 $ahigher education institutions 610 $ainstitutional theory 610 $aintegrity 610 $ainter-organizational exchange relationships 610 $ainternational joint venture 610 $ainterpersonal trust 610 $alarge-scale collective action 610 $alogistics service providers 610 $aM&A sustainability 610 $aMCTS 610 $amixed-method research 610 $amodal shift potential 610 $amodeling 610 $amultilevel research 610 $anetworking 610 $aNzoia river basin 610 $aonline 610 $aopportunistic behaviors 610 $aparadigm shift 610 $aparadoxes 610 $apenance 610 $aperformance 610 $aprediction 610 $aproject success 610 $apublic collaborative networks 610 $apublic management 610 $apublic value 610 $apublic-social partnership 610 $aquality culture 610 $areciprocity types 610 $areciprocity-based trust 610 $arelations 610 $aretained autonomy 610 $arisk perception 610 $aroad freight transport 610 $ascenario-based experiments 610 $ashockvertising 610 $astakeholders 610 $astart-ups 610 $astrategic hybrids 610 $astrategic projects 610 $astrategy 610 $astructural equation modeling (SEM) 610 $asubcontracting 610 $asupply chain management 610 $asustainability 610 $asustainable organizations 610 $asustainable relationships 610 $aSweden 610 $athird-country relocation 610 $atransport services 610 $atrust 610 $atrust management 610 $atrust repair 610 $atrusted entities 610 $atrustworthiness 610 $auniversities 610 $avirtual teams 610 $awater cooperation 610 $awater policy gaming 610 $awater supply companies 700 $aJab?o?ski$b Adam$4auth$01325047 702 $aKo?uch$b Barbara$4auth 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910346671503321 996 $aTrust Management: Key Factor of the Sustainable Organizations Embedded in Network$93036514 997 $aUNINA
