This volume presents a new translation of the Athenian Constitution, presented under the authorship of Pseudo-Xenophon as the real author remains unknown. This first known text of Attic prose contributes above all to the study of political thought in 5th century BC Athens. It is a dense, though partial, text, which defends both oligarchic and democratic interests in turn as regards the social organization of Athens. This was, of course, the city that first developed and exported the model of democracy, later consolidated as one of the most important political legacies that Classical Greece bequeathed to the contemporary world. 606 $aCourts-martial and courts of inquiry 615 0$aCourts-martial and courts of inquiry. 676 $a343.01 700 $aMartins$b Pedro Ribeiro$01348375 801 0$bNjHacI 801 1$bNjHacl 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910346003403321 996 $aA Constituic?a?o dos Atenienses$93085838 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03009nam 22005655 450 001 9910383848003321 005 20240627171742.0 010 $a9783030351915 010 $a3030351912 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-030-35191-5 035 $a(CKB)4100000010661126 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6133990 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-030-35191-5 035 $a(PPN)243228465 035 $a(Perlego)3480345 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000010661126 100 $a20200313d2020 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aAdvancing Entrepreneurship Education in Universities $eConcepts and Practices for Teaching and Support /$fby Robert James Crammond 205 $a1st ed. 2020. 210 1$aCham :$cSpringer International Publishing :$cImprint: Palgrave Macmillan,$d2020. 215 $a1 online resource (249 pages) 311 08$a9783030351908 311 08$a3030351904 327 $a1.
