Trata-se de um acervo que inclui 23 vasos gregos, cinco dos quais de excecional qualidade, provenientes da colec?a?o do Marque?s pontifi?cio de Cubas, D. Francisco de Cubas y Gonza?lez-Montes (1826-1899). Depois de uma breve apresentac?a?o sobre a beleza e perenidade dos vasos gregos, a partir da colec?a?o Go?mez-Moreno, apresenta-se um enquadramento e "memo?ria" desta figura i?mpar do se?culo XX e a reconstituic?a?o da sua colec?a?o nos atuais acervos do Instituto Gome?z-Moreno, com sede na Fundac?a?o Rodi?guez-Acosta, em Granada. Segue-se o estudo de cata?logo onde se pretende dar a conhecer os exemplares estudados, atrave?s de uma breve descric?a?o dos motivos decorativos e, quando possi?vel, a sugesta?o de uma atribuic?a?o. Nesta colec?a?o figura uma interessanti?ssima ka?lpis, certamente enquadra?vel no contexto da reproduc?a?o e criac?a?o de falsos no se?culo XIX. In this monographic volume of the CLASSICA INSTRUMENTA series we present some Greek vases gathered by the archaeologist and historian Manuel Go?mez-Moreno Marti?nez (1870-1970) from Granada, Spain. These vases are now part of the Rodri?guez-Acosta Foundation (Granada) that houses part of the vast art collection gathered by that intellectual. This is a collection that includes twenty-three Greek vases, five of which are of exceptional quality and from the collection of the pontifical Marquis of Cubas, D. Francisco de Cubas y Gonza?lez-Montes (1826-1899). After a brief introduction on the beauty and perennity of Greek vases inspired by the Go?mez-Moreno collection, we present the background of this unique character of the 20th century and we reconstitute his assemblage in the current collections of the Instituto Gome?z-Moreno, based in the Rodi?guez-Acosta Foundation, in Granada. Next, follows the catalogue, where we wish to make the studied specimen known through a brief description of the decorative motives and, when possible, an attribution.
