The book identifies Angola as one of the most biologically diverse countries in Africa, but notes that its fauna, flora, habitats and the processes that drive the dynamics of its ecosystems are still very poorly researched and documented. This 'state of the science' synthesis is for the use of all students of Angola's biodiversity, and for those responsible for the planning, development and sustainable management of the country's living resources. The volume brings together the results of expeditions and research undertaken in Angola since the late eighteenth century, with emphasis on work conducted in the four decades since Angola's independence in 1975. The individual chapters have been written by leaders in their fields, and reviewed by peers familiar with the region. 606 $aBiodiversity 606 $aEcosystems 606 $aAnimal ecology 606 $aNature conservation unterschätzt. The confluence of entrepreneurship, gender, sustainability and especially the social dimension is intricate and underestimated. This book analyses social entrepreneurship through a gender lens by portraying German female social entrepreneurs and their political, social and economic contexts. Within a descriptive qualitative research design, a secondary analysis of different dimensions of the social entrepreneurship system and twenty-five in-depth interviews with social entrepreneurs and experts were conducted. The author shows that this sector entails potential to re-do gender and reframe the economy, challenging norms and borders towards systemic change. 410 0$aL'AGENda 606 $agender 606 $aGender 606 $afemale entrepeneurs 606 $aUnternehmerinnen 606 $aqualitative Forschung 606 $aqualitative research 606 $asocial enterprises 606 $aSozialunternehmen 606 $adoing gender 606 $aSelbstverwirklichung 606 $aself-actualization 606 $amotivation 606 $aMotivation 606 $aresponsibility 606 $aVerantwortung 606 $aDiversität 606 $adiversity 606 $aNachhaltigkeit 606 $asustainability 615 4$agender 615 4$aGender 615 4$afemale entrepeneurs 615 4$aUnternehmerinnen 615 4$aqualitative Forschung 615 4$aqualitative research 615 4$asocial enterprises 615 4$aSozialunternehmen 615 4$adoing gender 615 4$aSelbstverwirklichung 615 4$aself-actualization 615 4$amotivation 615 4$aMotivation 615 4$aresponsibility 615 4$aVerantwortung 615 4$aDiversität 615 4$adiversity 615 4$aNachhaltigkeit 615 4$asustainability 700 $aGerlach$b Miriam Daniela$4aut$01307643 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910648572303321 996 $aFemale Social Entrepreneurship$93028900 997 $aUNINA
