This study gives an account of the results of the archaeological excavations of the Gallo-Roman village at Roanne (Rodumna). The research is based mainly on 22 assemblages of material dating from the 1st century B.C. to the 3rd century A.D., including glassware, iron and bronze objects, and above all an exceptional corpus of pottery. Detailed analysis of the pottery and its relationship with the rest of the material enabled a chronology to be established. Using criteria such as frequency, use, variety of pottery production, datation, origins, etc., this chronology was found to be in continuity with previously studied Gaulish horizons. A series of illustrations places the material within the context of its discovery. The results of this study lead to an outline of the economic development of Rodumna - a small, rural town, built of clay and wood, very much in keeping with? 517 $aRodumna 606 $aArchaeology 606 $aartisanat 606 $amonnaie 606 $acéramique 606 $achronologie 606 $aparure 606 $aHaut-Empire 606 $aoutillage 606 $atypologie 606 $aMassif central 606 $aForez 606 $aSegusiavi 606 $aagglomération secondaire 615 4$aArchaeology 615 4$aartisanat 615 4$amonnaie 615 4$acéramique 615 4$achronologie 615 4$aparure 615 4$aHaut-Empire 615 4$aoutillage 615 4$atypologie 615 4$aMassif central 615 4$aForez 615 4$aSegusiavi 615 4$aagglomération secondaire 700 $aBlin$b Olivier$0568093 701 $aFeugère$b Michèl$0487874 701 $aGenin$b Martine$01296450 701 $aLavendhomme$b Marie-Odile$01363814 701 $aLavendhomme$b Marie?Odile$01318623 701 $aVaginay$b Michel$0220346 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910674060303321 996 $aRodumna (Roanne, Loire), le village gallo-romain$93385006 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03441nam 22006735 450 001 9910337633303321 005 20200630224354.0 010 $a3-030-14023-7 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-030-14023-6 035 $a(CKB)4100000007816531 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC5739695 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-030-14023-6 035 $a(PPN)23523253X 035 $a(EXLCZ)994100000007816531 100 $a20190323d2019 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aHarmonic Balance for Nonlinear Vibration Problems /$fby Malte Krack, Johann Gross 205 $a1st ed. 2019. 210 1$aCham :$cSpringer International Publishing :$cImprint: Springer,$d2019. 215 $a1 online resource (167 pages) 225 1 $aMathematical Engineering,$x2192-4732 311 $a3-030-14022-9 327 $aHarmonic Balance applied to mechanical systems -- Solving the governing algebraic equations -- Limitations of HB and alternatives -- Solved exercises and homework problems. 330 $aThis monograph presents an introduction to Harmonic Balance for nonlinear vibration problems, covering the theoretical basis, its application to mechanical systems, and its computational implementation. Harmonic Balance is an approximation method for the computation of periodic solutions of nonlinear ordinary and differential-algebraic equations. It outperforms numerical forward integration in terms of computational efficiency often by several orders of magnitude. The method is widely used in the analysis of nonlinear systems, including structures, fluids and electric circuits. The book includes solved exercises which illustrate the advantages of Harmonic Balance over alternative methods as well as its limitations. The target audience primarily comprises graduate and post-graduate students, but the book may also be beneficial for research experts and practitioners in industry. 410 0$aMathematical Engineering,$x2192-4732 606 $aEngineering mathematics 606 $aMechanics 606 $aMechanics, Applied 606 $aFourier analysis 606 $aVibration 606 $aDynamics 606 $aDynamics 606 $aEngineering Mathematics$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/T11030 606 $aSolid Mechanics$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/T15010 606 $aFourier Analysis$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/M12058 606 $aVibration, Dynamical Systems, Control$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/T15036 615 0$aEngineering mathematics. 615 0$aMechanics. 615 0$aMechanics, Applied. 615 0$aFourier analysis. 615 0$aVibration. 615 0$aDynamics. 615 0$aDynamics. 615 14$aEngineering Mathematics. 615 24$aSolid Mechanics. 615 24$aFourier Analysis. 615 24$aVibration, Dynamical Systems, Control. 676 $a531 676 $a531.015 700 $aKrack$b Malte$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$0897254 702 $aGross$b Johann$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910337633303321 996 $aHarmonic Balance for Nonlinear Vibration Problems$92004573 997 $aUNINA
