In our sample, the degree of financial market development is an important determinant of the distribution of capital flows across countries as opposed to property rights institutions. The fairly consistent positive association between net capital flows and growth for SSA countries contrasts with the more pessimistic results of recent studies, though our data do not allow us to make conclusive inferences about a causality relationship. 410 0$aIMF Working Papers; Working Paper ;$vNo. 2009/114 606 $aCapital movements$zAfrica, Sub-Saharan 606 $aEconomic development$zAfrica, Sub-Saharan 606 $aInternational finance 606 $aBalance of payments$2imf 606 $aCapital flows$2imf 606 $aCapital inflows$2imf 606 $aCapital movements$2imf 606 $aCorporate Finance and Governance$2imf 606 $aEconomic Development: Financial Markets$2imf 606 $aEconomic Growth of Open Economies$2imf 606 $aEconomywide Country Studies: Africa$2imf 606 $aExports and Imports$2imf 606 $aFinance$2imf 606 $aFinance: General$2imf 606 $aFinancial Aspects of Economic Integration$2imf 606 $aFinancial Markets and the Macroeconomy$2imf 606 $aFinancial markets$2imf 606 $aFinancial sector development$2imf 606 $aFinancial services industry$2imf 606 $aForeign direct investment$2imf 606 $aInstitutions and Growth$2imf 606 $aInternational economics$2imf 606 $aInternational Investment$2imf 606 $aInvestments, Foreign$2imf 606 $aLong-term Capital Movements$2imf 606 $aPrivate capital flows$2imf 606 $aSaving and Capital Investment$2imf 607 $aSouth Africa$2imf 615 0$aCapital movements 615 0$aEconomic development 615 0$aInternational finance. 615 7$aBalance of payments 615 7$aCapital flows 615 7$aCapital inflows 615 7$aCapital movements 615 7$aCorporate Finance and Governance 615 7$aEconomic Development: Financial Markets 615 7$aEconomic Growth of Open Economies 615 7$aEconomywide Country Studies: Africa 615 7$aExports and Imports 615 7$aFinance 615 7$aFinance: General 615 7$aFinancial Aspects of Economic Integration 615 7$aFinancial Markets and the Macroeconomy 615 7$aFinancial markets 615 7$aFinancial sector development 615 7$aFinancial services industry 615 7$aForeign direct investment 615 7$aInstitutions and Growth 615 7$aInternational economics 615 7$aInternational Investment 615 7$aInvestments, Foreign 615 7$aLong-term Capital Movements 615 7$aPrivate capital flows 615 7$aSaving and Capital Investment 676 $a332;332.042;332/.042 700 $aDelechat$b Corinne$01816155 701 $aRamirez$b Gustavo$01816156 701 $aWagh$b Smita$01816079 701 $aWakeman-Linn$b John$01816157 712 02$aInternational Monetary Fund.$bAfrican Department. 801 0$bDcWaIMF 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910957186703321 996 $aSub-Saharan Africa's Integration in the Global Financial Markets$94371897 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03533nam 22006015 450 001 9910300222903321 005 20250609110107.0 010 $a1-4939-2575-X 024 7 $a10.1007/978-1-4939-2575-9 035 $a(CKB)3710000000402574 035 $a(EBL)2094469 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001501432 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11830597 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001501432 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)11524491 035 $a(PQKB)10451125 035 $a(DE-He213)978-1-4939-2575-9 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC2094469 035 $a(PPN)185485669 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC3110023 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000402574 100 $a20150421d2015 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aDiagnosis of Small Lung Biopsy $eAn Integrated Approach /$fedited by Mostafa M. The basic understanding of radiologic findings and what they mean or how they are related to clinical and pathologic findings is addressed in detail.  The implications of descriptive and diagnostic terms as well as the criteria for diagnosis and limitations of small biopsies is explained. The new entities in lung pathology whether neoplastic or non-neoplastic are defined and characterized. The special techniques of pulmonary cytopathology, immunohistochemistry and molecular testing are outlined and specific algorithms for using them also defined.      Diagnosis  of Small Lung Biopsy: An Integrated Approach will serve as a very useful resource for practicing pathologists, clinicians and those in training with interest in pulmonary pathology and pulmonary medicine. 606 $aPathology 606 $aRespiratory organs?Diseases 606 $aPathology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/H4800X 606 $aPneumology/Respiratory System$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/H33134 615 0$aPathology. 615 0$aRespiratory organs?Diseases. 615 14$aPathology. 615 24$aPneumology/Respiratory System. 676 $a610 676 $a616.07 676 $a616.2 676 $a616.2/40758 702 $aFraig$b Mostafa M.$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910300222903321 996 $aDiagnosis of Small Lung Biopsy$91761308 997 $aUNINA
