She was 57 when she had her first exhibition. Behind this late coming-out lay a long and unusual preparation in looking at nature for its aesthetic qualities, collecting found objects, making flower arrangements and practising ikebana. Her art found an appreciative audience from the start. She was a people person, and it pleased her that through her exhibiting career of 25 years, her works were acquired by people of all ages, interests and backgrounds, as well as by the major public institutions on both sides of the Tasman Sea. 606 $aWomen artists 610 $aart history 610 $aminimalism 615 0$aWomen artists. 676 $a704.042 700 $aGascoigne$b Martin$0989844 712 02$aAustralian National University Press. 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910346054903321 996 $aRosalie Gascoigne$92264053 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03981nam 22006615 450 001 9910300203503321 005 20200701155719.0 010 $a1-4939-1450-2 024 7 $a10.1007/978-1-4939-1450-0 035 $a(CKB)3710000000291230 035 $a(EBL)1964979 035 $a(OCoLC)908082999 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001386314 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11716146 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001386314 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)11349398 035 $a(PQKB)10963649 035 $a(DE-He213)978-1-4939-1450-0 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC1964979 035 $a(PPN)18308733X 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000291230 100 $a20141118d2015 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aAdvances in Image-Guided Urologic Surgery /$fedited by Joseph C.
