The Convention aims to facilitate asset-based financing and leasing of aircraft, railway and space objects by establishing a uniform legal regime for the creation and protection of security and related interests in these types of equipment. The book provides a detailed treatment of issues arising from the creation of security and other international interests under the Convention, from the need to ensure their priority among competing interests to the enforcement of remedies in the case of the debtor's default or insolvency. Security interests in aircraft, railway and space objects are among the most frequently invoked mechanisms used to ensure repayment of the debt. It is their significance, effectiveness and frequency of use that explains this work's focus and scope 606 $aAeronautics$xEquipment and supplies$xPurchasing 606 $aAeronautics, Commercial$xFinance$xLaw and legislation 606 $aContracts (International law) 606 $aSecurity (Law) 606 $2Company, commercial & competition law 615 0$aAeronautics$xEquipment and supplies$xPurchasing. 615 0$aAeronautics, Commercial$xFinance$xLaw and legislation. 615 0$aContracts (International law) 615 0$aSecurity (Law) 676 $a346.07/4 700 $aSaidova$b Sanam$01066779 801 0$bUtOrBLW 801 1$bUtOrBLW 801 2$bUkLoBP 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910511672303321 996 $aSecurity interests under the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment$92549974 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03886nam 22006375 450 001 9910298567703321 005 20251113203649.0 010 $a3-319-06115-1 024 7 $a10.1007/978-3-319-06115-3 035 $a(CKB)2560000000148948 035 $a(EBL)1697659 035 $a(OCoLC)881165797 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001199759 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11692876 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001199759 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)11214708 035 $a(PQKB)10011080 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC1697659 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-319-06115-3 035 $a(PPN)178318205 035 $a(EXLCZ)992560000000148948 100 $a20140410d2014 u| 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aSemantic Acquisition Games $eHarnessing Manpower for Creating Semantics /$fby Jakub ?imko, Mária Bieliková 205 $a1st ed. 2014. 210 1$aCham :$cSpringer International Publishing :$cImprint: Springer,$d2014. 215 $a1 online resource (143 p.) 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 08$a3-319-06114-3 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references at the end of each chapters and index. 327 $aIntroduction -- Part I Games for Semantics Acquisition -- State-of-the-art: semantics acquisition and crowdsourcing -- State-of-the-art: Semantics Acquisition Games -- Little Search Game: lightweight domain modeling -- PexAce: a method for image metadata acquisition -- CityLights: a method for music metadata validation -- Part II Designing the Semantics Acquisition Games -- State-of-the-art: design of the semantics acquisition games -- Our SAGs: design aspects and improvements -- Looking Ahead. 330 $aMany applications depend on the effective acquisition of semantic metadata, and this state-of-the-art volume provides extensive coverage of the field of semantics acquisition games (SAGs). SAGs are a part of the crowdsourcing approach family and the authors analyze their role as tools for acquisition of resource metadata and domain models. Three case studies of SAG-based semantics acquisition methods are shown, along with other existing SAGs: 1.       the Little Search Game - a search query formulation game using negative search, serving for acquisition of lightweight semantics 2.       the PexAce - a card game acquiring annotations to images 3.       the CityLights - a SAG used for validation of music metadata. The authors also look at the SAGs from their design perspectives covering  SAG design issues and existing patterns, including several novel patterns. For solving cold start problems, a ?helper artifact? scheme is presented, and for dealing with malicious player behavior, a posteriori cheating detection scheme is given. The book also presents methods for assessing information about player expertise, which can be used to make SAGs more effective in terms of useful output. 606 $aUser interfaces (Computer systems) 606 $aHuman-computer interaction 606 $aApplication software 606 $aUser Interfaces and Human Computer Interaction 606 $aComputer and Information Systems Applications 615 0$aUser interfaces (Computer systems). 615 0$aHuman-computer interaction. 615 0$aApplication software. 615 14$aUser Interfaces and Human Computer Interaction. 615 24$aComputer and Information Systems Applications. 676 $a004 676 $a005.437 676 $a005.7 676 $a401.93 700 $a?imko$b Jakub$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$0993460 702 $aBieliková$b Mária$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910298567703321 996 $aSemantic Acquisition Games$92274715 997 $aUNINA
