Moreover, what counts as research within the academy constrains practices and methods that may more authentically articulate the phenomena being studied. When external forces limit methodological practices, research innovation slows and homogenizes. This book aims to address the methodological, interpretive, ethical/procedural challenges and tensions within theatre-based research with a goal of elevating our field?s research practice and inquiry. Each chapter embraces various methodologies, positionalities and examples of mediation by inviting two or more leading researchers to interrogated each other?s work and, in so doing, highlighted current debates and practices in theatre-based research. Topics include: ethics, method, audience, purpose, mediation, form, aesthetics, voice, data generation, and research participants. Each chapter frames a critical dialogue between researchers that take multiple forms (dialogic interlude, research conversation, dramatic narrative, duologue, poetic exchange, et cetera). 410 0$aBold Visions in Educational Research$v62. 606 $aTheater$xResearch 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aTheater$xResearch. 676 $a792.01 702 $aDuffy$b Peter$f1971- 702 $aHatton$b Christine$f1965- 702 $aSallis$b Richard$f1959- 801 0$bNL-LeKB 801 1$bNL-LeKB 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910480312203321 996 $aDrama research methods$92130651 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01076nas 2200397 c 450 001 9910895530103321 005 20260218111250.0 035 $a(CKB)1000000000530226 035 $a(DE-599)ZDB2401972-0 035 $a(OCoLC)1184249691 035 $a(OCoLC)643129816 035 $a(DE-101)98691696X 035 $a(DE-599)2401972-0 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000530226 100 $a20071218a20079999 |y | 101 0 $ager 135 $aur||||||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$aDimensionen$eMagazin der Fachhochschule Aachen, Aachen University of Applied Sciences 210 31$aAachen$cFachhochschule$d2007- 215 $aOnline-Ressource 300 $aGesehen am 12.08.13 517 $aDimensionen 608 $aZeitschrift$2gnd-content 676 $a050 676 $a370 712 02$aFachhochschule Aachen$4isb 801 0$b0082 801 1$bDE-101 801 2$b9999 906 $aJOURNAL 912 $a9910895530103321 996 $aDimensionen$94258354 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01194nas 2200397 c 450 001 9910272340503321 005 20260218113107.0 011 $a2509-2251 035 $a(DE-599)ZDB2871434-9 035 $a(OCoLC)960974067 035 $a(DE-101)1116351870 035 $a(CKB)4560000000000184 035 $a(DE-599)2871434-9 035 $a(EXLCZ)994560000000000184 100 $a20161018a20169999 |y | 101 0 $ager 135 $aur||||||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$aKIM kompakt$eZeitschrift von und fu?r MitarbeiterInnen des KIM$fHerausgeber: Universita?t Konstanz, Kommunikations-, Informations-, Medienzentrum (KIM) 210 31$aKonstanz$cUniversita?t$d[2016]- 215 $aOnline-Ressource 300 $aGesehen am 18.
