Past or future? 330 $aPolitical Cyberformance: The Etheatre Project examines the use of Internet platforms as theatrical, rehearsal and performance spaces and explores the interactive and political potentials of online theatre, questioning the boundaries of these in-between spaces and the spatial experiences they cause. In particular, I look at forms of cyber-adaptation, cyber-ethnotheatre and cyber-collaboration as directing methodologies for producing dialectical forms of political cyberformances, with reference to the productions of Cyberian Chalk Circle (2011), Merry Crisis and a Happy New Fear (2012) and Etheatre Project and Collaborators (2014), respectively. 410 0$aPalgrave pivot. 606 $aPerforming arts 606 $aComputer simulation 606 $aMultimedia information systems 606 $aMotion pictures and television 606 $aTheater 606 $aPerforming Arts$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/415030 606 $aSimulation and Modeling$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I19000 606 $aMultimedia Information Systems$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I18059 606 $aScreen Studies$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/413000 606 $aTheatre and Performance Studies$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/415000 615 0$aPerforming arts. 615 0$aComputer simulation. 615 0$aMultimedia information systems. 615 0$aMotion pictures and television. 615 0$aTheater. 615 14$aPerforming Arts. 615 24$aSimulation and Modeling. 615 24$aMultimedia Information Systems. 615 24$aScreen Studies. 615 24$aTheatre and Performance Studies. 676 $a790 700 $aPapagiannouli$b Christina$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$01065024 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910255254303321 996 $aPolitical Cyberformance$92542496 997 $aUNINA
