In addition, some open problems are discussed. Hyperhamiltonian mechanics represents a generalization of Hamiltonian mechanics, in which the role of the symplectic structure is taken by a hyperkähler one (thus there are three Kähler/symplectic forms satisfying quaternionic relations). This has proved to be of use in the description of physical systems with spin, including those which do not admit a Hamiltonian formulation. The book is the first monograph on the subject, which has previously been treated only in research papers. 410 0$aMathematical Physics Studies,$x2352-3905 606 $aMathematical physics 606 $aPhysics 606 $aQuantum theory 606 $aMechanics 606 $aMathematical Methods in Physics 606 $aApplied and Technical Physics 606 $aQuantum Physics 606 $aMathematical Physics 606 $aClassical Mechanics 615 0$aMathematical physics. 615 0$aPhysics. 615 0$aQuantum theory. 615 0$aMechanics. 615 14$aMathematical Methods in Physics. 615 24$aApplied and Technical Physics. 615 24$aQuantum Physics. 615 24$aMathematical Physics. 615 24$aClassical Mechanics. 676 $a514.74 700 $aGaeta$b Giuseppe$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$039852 702 $aRodríguez$b Miguel A$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910254580803321 996 $aLectures on Hyperhamiltonian Dynamics and Physical Applications$91946788 997 $aUNINA
