Further, it provides a scheme for dual-polarization two-port IFOGs and details their unique benefits. Dual-polarization IFOGs break through the restriction of the "minimal scheme," which conventional IFOGs are based on. These innovative new IFOGs have unique properties: They require no polarizer and have two ports available for signal detection. As such, they open new avenues for IFOGs to achieve lower costs and higher sensitivity. 410 0$aSpringer Theses, Recognizing Outstanding Ph.D. Research,$x2190-5053 606 $aMicrowaves 606 $aOptical engineering 606 $aOptics 606 $aElectrodynamics 606 $aLasers 606 $aPhotonics 606 $aPhysical measurements 606 $aMeasurement 606 $aMicrowaves, RF and Optical Engineering$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/T24019 606 $aClassical Electrodynamics$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P21070 606 $aOptics, Lasers, Photonics, Optical Devices$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P31030 606 $aMeasurement Science and Instrumentation$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P31040 615 0$aMicrowaves. 615 0$aOptical engineering. 615 0$aOptics. 615 0$aElectrodynamics. 615 0$aLasers. 615 0$aPhotonics. 615 0$aPhysical measurements. 615 0$aMeasurement. 615 14$aMicrowaves, RF and Optical Engineering. 615 24$aClassical Electrodynamics. 615 24$aOptics, Lasers, Photonics, Optical Devices. 615 24$aMeasurement Science and Instrumentation. 676 $a681.753 700 $aWang$b Zinan$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$0933284 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910254340503321 996 $aDual-Polarization Two-Port Fiber-Optic Gyroscope$92100658 997 $aUNINA
