Nevertheless, large geographical areas remain poorly sampled, especially within the Amazon, and new genera and species have been continuously discovered, even in urban areas. In congruence with the recent improvements in research, several aspects of the ecology, behaviour and natural history of spiders, such as interactions with other predators and parasitoids, social interactions, dispersal patterns, habitat requirements, mating behaviors, among others, are being carefully investigated. These recent contributions incorporate substantial information on the preexisting knowledge on these subjects every year. Our main objective with this book is to present a summary on these new researches and on the currently knowledge on the main subjects involved in the general theme, emphasizing the contribution of the rich fauna of the Neotropical region to the research of behaviour and ecology of the spiders. . 606 $aBehavioral sciences 606 $aAnimal ecology 606 $aAnimals$vClassification 606 $aAnimals$vClassification 606 $aEvolution (Biology) 606 $aEntomology 606 $aBehavioral Sciences$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/L13009 606 $aAnimal Ecology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/L19015 606 $aAnimal Systematics/Taxonomy/Biogeography$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/L2504X 606 $aEvolutionary Biology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/L21001 606 $aEntomology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/L25090 615 0$aBehavioral sciences. 615 0$aAnimal ecology. 615 0$aAnimals 615 0$aAnimals 615 0$aEvolution (Biology) 615 0$aEntomology. 615 14$aBehavioral Sciences. 615 24$aAnimal Ecology. 615 24$aAnimal Systematics/Taxonomy/Biogeography. 615 24$aEvolutionary Biology. 615 24$aEntomology. 676 $a591.5 702 $aViera$b Carmen$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 702 $aGonzaga$b Marcelo O$4edt$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910253936203321 996 $aBehaviour and Ecology of Spiders$92215684 997 $aUNINA
