It was founded in 1917 as a multi-ecclesial academic institution, with the Netherdutch Reformed Church of Africa (NRCA) as one of the founding church partners for the scientific training of pastors. However, the initiatives for the establishment of a theological faculty in Pretoria, South Africa are rooted in a synodic resolution of the NRCA in 1909, with the institutionalisation of a Curatorium as an ecclesial executive board responsible for the strategic planning of the Faculty of Theology at the then Transvaal University College, which became the University of Pretoria. In 2009 the NRCA celebrates the centennial anniversary of the Curatorium with the publication of a Chronicle, authored by Professor J.P. Oberholzer. It is published as Supplementum 9 of the HTS Theological Studies, South Africa's oldest theological scholarly journal. 410 0$aHTS Teologiese Studies / Theological Studies,$nno.3, supplementum 9 ;$vvolume 66. 606 $aCentennial celebrations, etc 607 $aSouth Africa$xChurch history$y20th century 610 $acuratorium 610 $aecumenism 610 $akuratorium 610 $anetherdutch reformed church of africa 610 $afaculty of theology 610 $auniversity of pretoria 610 $ahonderdjarige bestaan 610 $auniversiteit van pretoria 610 $anederduitsch hervormde kerk van afrika 610 $acentennial anniversary 610 $afakulteit teologie 615 0$aCentennial celebrations, etc. 700 $aOberholzer$b J. How did the climate and life develop? Did life forms become more complex and varied or become extinct and disappear forever? The book thoroughly reconstructs this land and ancient life evolution and offers readers an understanding on how land, climate and life have proceeded and developed in Oman through the millions of years. 606 $aPaleontology 606 $aGeology, Structural 606 $aHistorical geology 606 $aEvolution (Biology) 606 $aArchaeology 606 $aEarth 606 $aGeology 606 $aPaleontology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/G39000 606 $aStructural Geology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/G17040 606 $aHistorical Geology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/G17020 606 $aEvolutionary Biology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/L21001 606 $aArchaeology$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/X13000 606 $aPopular Earth Science$3https://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/Q22000 615 0$aPaleontology. 615 0$aGeology, Structural. 615 0$aHistorical geology. 615 0$aEvolution (Biology) 615 0$aArchaeology. 615 0$aEarth. 615 0$aGeology. 615 14$aPaleontology. 615 24$aStructural Geology. 615 24$aHistorical Geology. 615 24$aEvolutionary Biology. 615 24$aArchaeology. 615 24$aPopular Earth Science. 676 $a555.353 700 $aAl Kindi$b Mohammed Hilal$4aut$4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut$01065488 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910299388003321 996 $aEvolution of Land and Life in Oman: an 800 Million Year Story$92546094 997 $aUNINA
