Estimates for the mining sector incorporate information on copper prices, whereas estimates for non-mining reflect information on inflation and unemployment rates. To better understand the drivers of potential growth, we decompose estimates into capital, labor (adjusted for human-capital and hours worked), and total-factor productivity using a production-function. Our estimates of potential output in Chile suggest that an important part of the recent growth slowdown has been structural, with potential-output growth slowing to 2½ percent in recent years, although it plausibly could be higher in the medium-term. 410 0$aIMF Working Papers; Working Paper ;$vNo. 2016/201 606 $aEconomic indicators$zChile 606 $aEconomic development$zChile 606 $aMineral industries$zChile$xEconometric models 606 $aMacroeconomics$2imf 606 $aNatural Resource Extraction$2imf 606 $aProduction and Operations Management$2imf 606 $aModel Construction and Estimation$2imf 606 $aPrice Level$2imf 606 $aInflation$2imf 606 $aDeflation$2imf 606 $aMonetary Policy$2imf 606 $aMacroeconomics: Production$2imf 606 $aIndustry Studies: Primary Products and Construction: General$2imf 606 $aMetals and Metal Products$2imf 606 $aCement$2imf 606 $aGlass$2imf 606 $aCeramics$2imf 606 $aProduction$2imf 606 $aCost$2imf 606 $aCapital and Total Factor Productivity$2imf 606 $aCapacity$2imf 606 $aExtractive industries$2imf 606 $aPotential output$2imf 606 $aMining sector$2imf 606 $aOutput gap$2imf 606 $aMetal prices$2imf 606 $aTotal factor productivity$2imf 606 $aEconomic sectors$2imf 606 $aPrices$2imf 606 $aEconomic theory$2imf 606 $aMineral industries$2imf 606 $aMetals$2imf 606 $aIndustrial productivity$2imf 607 $aChile$2imf 615 0$aEconomic indicators 615 0$aEconomic development 615 0$aMineral industries$xEconometric models. 615 7$aMacroeconomics 615 7$aNatural Resource Extraction 615 7$aProduction and Operations Management 615 7$aModel Construction and Estimation 615 7$aPrice Level 615 7$aInflation 615 7$aDeflation 615 7$aMonetary Policy 615 7$aMacroeconomics: Production 615 7$aIndustry Studies: Primary Products and Construction: General 615 7$aMetals and Metal Products 615 7$aCement 615 7$aGlass 615 7$aCeramics 615 7$aProduction 615 7$aCost 615 7$aCapital and Total Factor Productivity 615 7$aCapacity 615 7$aExtractive industries 615 7$aPotential output 615 7$aMining sector 615 7$aOutput gap 615 7$aMetal prices 615 7$aTotal factor productivity 615 7$aEconomic sectors 615 7$aPrices 615 7$aEconomic theory 615 7$aMineral industries 615 7$aMetals 615 7$aIndustrial productivity 676 $a330.983064 700 $aBlagrave$b Patrick$01376950 701 $aSantoro$b Marika$0146699 801 0$bDcWaIMF 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910154898803321 996 $aEstimating Potential Output in Chile$93648692 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01702nam 22004693 450 001 9910163202903321 005 20230803215304.0 010 $a9781782891680 010 $a1782891684 035 $a(CKB)3810000000097578 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC4808876 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL4808876 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr11348855 035 $a(OCoLC)974590694 035 $a(Perlego)3018562 035 $a(EXLCZ)993810000000097578 100 $a20210901d2014 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 14$aThe Jutland Battle By Two Who Took Part In It 205 $a1st ed. 210 1$aSan Francisco :$cLucknow Books,$d2014. 210 4$dİ2014. 215 $a1 online resource (13 pages) 327 $aIntro -- TABLE OF CONTENTS -- THE JUTLAND BATTLE -- 4th June, 1916. -- FROM A CHILD OF 19 TO ANOTHER OF 17. 330 8 $aTwo young officers write of their experiences at the only major naval engagement of the First World War - the battle of Jutland in 1916.
