De l?EAO qui a introduit les NTIC dans le quotidien des apprenants et a soulevé les premières questions sur l?interaction entre un utilisateur et une machine, aux ENT et Espaces Numériques des Savoirs, qui cherchent toujours à réussir l?intégration des NTIC dans l?éducation. Au c?ur de ce projet, la communication et ses outils qui jouent un rôle essentiel dans le partage des connaissances. Depuis trente ans l?offre technique n?a eu de cesse de progresser alors que les recherches sur les outils intégrant les fonctionnalités de communication ne font consensus ni sur les concepts à étudier, ni sur les attentes en termes d?efficacité pédagogique. Cet ouvrage propose une réflexion et des exemples sur la conception des E3C en fonction de variables issues de champ de recherches et de pratiques. 517 $aEspaces communs de communication de connaissances  517 $aEspaces communs de communication de connaissances 606 $aLibrary, Information & Communication sciences 606 $aconnaissance 606 $ainteraction 606 $apédagogie 606 $aTIC 606 $aco-onstruction 610 $aconnaissance 610 $ainteraction 610 $apédagogie 610 $aTIC 610 $aco-onstruction 615 4$aLibrary, Information & Communication sciences 615 4$aconnaissance 615 4$ainteraction 615 4$apédagogie 615 4$aTIC 615 4$aco-onstruction 700 $aAgostinelli$b Serge$01292831 701 $aMetge$b Marielle$01292832 801 0$bFR-FrMaCLE 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910495701703321 996 $aEspaces communs de communication de connaissances : E3C$93022469 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03947oam 22009854 450 001 9910162924903321 005 20250426110913.0 010 $a9781475565010 010 $a1475565011 010 $a9781475565065 010 $a1475565062 035 $a(CKB)3710000001045055 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC4800264 035 $a(IMF)1FINEA2017003 035 $a1FINEA2017003 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000001045055 100 $a20020129d2017 uf 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $2rdacontent 182 $2rdamedia 183 $2rdacarrier 200 10$aFinland : $eFinancial sector Assessment Program: Technical Note-Macroprudential Policy Framework 210 1$aWashington, D.C. :$cInternational Monetary Fund,$d2017. 215 $a1 online resource (37 pages) $cillustrations (some color), graphs, tables 225 1 $aIMF Staff Country Reports 311 08$a9781475564914 311 08$a1475564910 330 3 $aThis Technical Note discusses the findings and recommendations made in the Financial Sector Assessment Program for Finland in the area of macroprudential policy framework. The Finnish authorities regularly coordinate and collaborate with international bodies on macroprudential policy. Several macroprudential instruments were formally introduced in the legislation and activated recently. The 2014 Act on Credit Institutions implements macroprudential instruments, including those set out in the European Capital Requirement Directive. Despite the important progress made, there are some improvements that should be considered. The macroprudential policy toolkit should be expanded. The systemic risk buffer should be added to the toolkit, although its activation and level may still need further analysis. 410 0$aIMF Staff Country Reports; Country Report ;$vNo. 2017/005 606 $aFinancial risk 606 $aFinancial risk management 606 $aBanks and Banking$2imf 606 $aFinance: General$2imf 606 $aMacroeconomics$2imf 606 $aIndustries: Financial Services$2imf 606 $aFinancial Markets and the Macroeconomy$2imf 606 $aGeneral Financial Markets: Government Policy and Regulation$2imf 606 $aBanks$2imf 606 $aDepository Institutions$2imf 606 $aMicro Finance Institutions$2imf 606 $aMortgages$2imf 606 $aFinance$2imf 606 $aBanking$2imf 606 $aMacroprudential policy$2imf 606 $aSystemic risk$2imf 606 $aSystemic risk assessment$2imf 606 $aMacroprudential policy instruments$2imf 606 $aFinancial sector policy and analysis$2imf 606 $aLoans$2imf 606 $aFinancial institutions$2imf 606 $aEconomic policy$2imf 606 $aFinancial risk management$2imf 606 $aBanks and banking$2imf 607 $aFinland$2imf 615 0$aFinancial risk. 615 0$aFinancial risk management. 615 7$aBanks and Banking 615 7$aFinance: General 615 7$aMacroeconomics 615 7$aIndustries: Financial Services 615 7$aFinancial Markets and the Macroeconomy 615 7$aGeneral Financial Markets: Government Policy and Regulation 615 7$aBanks 615 7$aDepository Institutions 615 7$aMicro Finance Institutions 615 7$aMortgages 615 7$aFinance 615 7$aBanking 615 7$aMacroprudential policy 615 7$aSystemic risk 615 7$aSystemic risk assessment 615 7$aMacroprudential policy instruments 615 7$aFinancial sector policy and analysis 615 7$aLoans 615 7$aFinancial institutions 615 7$aEconomic policy 615 7$aFinancial risk management 615 7$aBanks and banking 676 $a332.6 801 0$bDcWaIMF 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910162924903321 996 $aFINLAND$9520698 997 $aUNINA
