Transmitarrays combines both optical and antenna array theory, leading to a low profile design with high gain, high radiation efficiency, and versatile radiation performance for many wireless communication systems. In this book, comprehensive analysis, new methodologies, and novel designs of transmitarray antennas are presented. 410 0$aSynthesis digital library of engineering and computer science. 410 0$aSynthesis lectures on antennas ;$v# 12.$x1932-6084 606 $aAntenna arrays 606 $aTransmitting antennas 610 $atransmitarray antennas 610 $afrequency selective surfaces 610 $amultilayer aperture antennas 610 $ahigh gain antennas 610 $awideband transmitarray antennas 610 $amultibeam transmitarray antennas 615 0$aAntenna arrays. 615 0$aTransmitting antennas. 676 $a621.3824 700 $aAbdelrahman$b Ahmed H.$01263914 702 $aYang$b Fan$f1975-, 702 $aElsherbeni$b Atef Z. 702 $aNayeri$b Payam 801 0$bCaBNVSL 801 1$bCaBNVSL 801 2$bCaBNVSL 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910160669903321 996 $aAnalysis and design of transmitarray antennas$92963139 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02875oam 2200541I 450 001 9910154589103321 005 20230808200630.0 010 $a1-351-94348-0 010 $a1-138-37604-3 010 $a1-315-25758-0 024 7 $a10.4324/9781315257587 035 $a(CKB)3710000000965307 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC4758468 035 $a(OCoLC)965444533 035 $a(EXLCZ)993710000000965307 100 $a20180706e20162009 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $2rdacontent 182 $2rdamedia 183 $2rdacarrier 200 10$aDissident identities in the early modern Low Countries /$fAlastair Duke ; edited by Judith Pollmann, Andrew Spicer 210 1$aLondon :$cRoutledge,$d2016. 215 $a1 online resource (335 pages) $cillustrations 300 $aFirst published 2009 by Ashgate Publishing. 311 $a0-7546-5679-9 311 $a1-351-94349-9 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references and index. 327 $a1. Christian Supremacy and Contradictory Non-Christians Beyond Muslims and Iberia. 330 $aThis book argues that literary and historiographical works written by Iberian Christians between the twelfth and sixteenth centuries promoted contradictory representations of Muslims in order to advocate for their colonization through the affirmation of Christian supremacy. Ambivalent depictions of cultural difference are essential for colonizers to promote their own superiority, as explained by postcolonial critics and observed in medieval and early modern texts in Castilian, Catalan, and Portuguese, such as the Cantar de mio Cid, Cantigas de Santa Maria, Llibre dels fets, Estoria de España, Crónica geral de 1344, Tirant lo Blanch, and Os Lusíadas. In all these works, the contradictions of Muslim enemies, allies, and subjects allow Christian leaders to prevail and profit through their opposition and collaboration with them. Such colonial dynamics of simultaneous belligerence and assimilation determined the ways in which Portugal, Spain, and later European powers interacted with non-Christians in Africa, Asia, and even the Americas. 410 0$aThe New Middle Ages,$x2945-5944 606 $aLiterature, Medieval 606 $aEurope$xHistory$x476-1492 606 $aReligion$xHistory 606 $aIslam$xStudy and teaching 606 $aPhilosophy, Medieval 606 $aMedieval Literature 606 $aHistory of Medieval Europe 606 $aHistory of Religion 606 $aIslamic Studies 606 $aMedieval Philosophy 615 0$aLiterature, Medieval. 615 0$aEurope$xHistory$x476-1492. 615 0$aReligion$xHistory. 615 0$aIslam$xStudy and teaching. 615 0$aPhilosophy, Medieval. 615 14$aMedieval Literature. 615 24$aHistory of Medieval Europe. 615 24$aHistory of Religion. 615 24$aIslamic Studies. 615 24$aMedieval Philosophy. 676 $a809.02 700 $aFuentes$b Marcelo E$01438656 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910760255703321 996 $aContradictory Muslims in the Literature of Medieval Iberian Christians$93600303 997 $aUNINA
