This book, which studies the law of seven European nations, provides an in-depth examination of the key substantive law issues, as well as a detailed examination of the private international law issues, particularly, the third party effects of assignments. National reports use practical cases to explore the issues and to highlight differences and similarities. The book will assist market participants and their counsel to better understand the rules of their own countries and those of other countries, will be of great value to academics in the private, comparative and private international law fields and will assist those involved in national, EU and global reform efforts. 410 0$aGPR Praxis. 606 $aSecurity (Law)$x6$zEuropean Union countries 606 $aConflict of laws$xSecurity$zEuropean Union countries 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aSecurity (Law)$x6 615 0$aConflict of laws$xSecurity 676 $a346.074 700 $aSigman$b Harry C., 701 $aSigman$b Harry C$01042293 701 $aKieninger$b Eva-Maria$f1964-$01042294 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910456643603321 996 $aCross-border security over receivables$92466421 997 $aUNINA LEADER 05380oam 2200565 450 001 996465845903316 005 20210804195237.0 010 $a3-540-48447-7 024 7 $a10.1007/3-540-48447-7 035 $a(CKB)1000000000211120 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000321220 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11231226 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000321220 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10262819 035 $a(PQKB)11208302 035 $a(DE-He213)978-3-540-48447-9 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC3071529 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC6494942 035 $a(PPN)155172395 035 $a(EXLCZ)991000000000211120 100 $a20210804d1999 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurnn#008mamaa 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 00$aAlgorithms and data structures $e6th International Workshop, WADS'99, Vancouver, Canada, August 11-14, 1999 : proceedings /$fFrank Dehne [and four others] (editors) 205 $a1st ed. 1999. 210 1$aBerlin ;$aHeidelberg :$cSpringer,$d[1999] 210 4$d©1999 215 $a1 online resource (X, 378 p.) 225 1 $aLecture Notes in Computer Science,$x0302-9743 ;$v1663 300 $aBibliographic Level Mode of Issuance: Monograph 311 $a3-540-66279-0 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references and index. 327 $aOptimization over k-set Polytopes and Efficient k-set Enumeration -- Line Simplification with Restricted Orientations -- The T-join Problem in Sparse Graphs: Applications to Phase Assignment Problem in VLSI Mask Layout -- Resizable Arrays in Optimal Time and Space -- Hash and Displace: Efficient Evaluation of Minimal Perfect Hash Functions -- Design and Analysis of Algorithms for Shared-Memory Multiprocessors -- On the Complexity of Orthogonal Compaction -- Optimizing Constrained Offset and Scaled Polygonal Annuli -- The Accomodating Function ? The workshop took place August 11 - 14, 1999, in Vancouver, Canada. The workshop alternates with the Scandinavian Workshop on Algorithms Theory (SWAT), continuing the tradition of SWAT and WADS starting with SWAT'88 and WADS'89. In response to the program committee's call for papers, 71 papers were submitted. From these submissions, the program committee selected 32 papers for presentation at the workshop. In addition to these submitted papers, the program committee invited the following researchers to give plenary lectures at the workshop: C. Leiserson, N. Magnenat-Thalmann, M. Snir, U. Vazarani, and 1. Vitter. On behalf of the program committee, we would like to express our appreciation to the six plenary lecturers who accepted our invitation to speak, to all the authors who submitted papers to W ADS'99, and to the Pacific Institute for Mathematical Sciences for their sponsorship. Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to all the people who reviewed papers at the request of the program committee. August 1999 F. Dehne A. Gupta J.-R. Sack R.
