Since the early 1980s, Romantic studies has widened its scope significantly: The canon has been expanded, hitherto ignored genres have been investigated and new topics of research explored. After these profound changes, intensified by the general crisis of literary theory since the turn of the millennium, traditional concepts such as subjectivity, imagination and the creative genius have lost their status as paradigms defining Romanticism. The handbook will feature discussions of key concepts such as history, class, gender, science and the use of media as well as a thorough account of the most central literary genres around the turn of the 19th century. The focus of the book, however, will lie on a discussion of key literary texts in the light of the most recent theoretical developments. Thus, the Handbook of British Romanticism will provide students with an introduction to Romantic literature in general and literary scholars with a discussion of innovative and groundbreaking theoretical developments. 410 0$aHandbooks of English and American studies ;$vVolume 6. 606 $aEnglish literature$y19th century$xHistory and criticism 606 $aEnglish literature$y18th century$xHistory and criticism 606 $aRomanticism$zGreat Britain 615 0$aEnglish literature$xHistory and criticism. 615 0$aEnglish literature$xHistory and criticism. 615 0$aRomanticism 676 $a820.9/145 686 $aHL 1131$2rvk 702 $aHaekel$b Ralf 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910795085903321 996 $aHandbook of British romanticism$93766972 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01842oas 2200745 a 450 001 9910140319303321 005 20250922213015.0 011 $a2385-2070 035 $a(DE-599)ZDB2478723-1 035 $a(OCoLC)302420033 035 $a(CONSER) 2009263312 035 $a(CKB)2580000000000205 035 $a(EXLCZ)992580000000000205 100 $a20090211a20039999 sy 101 0 $aeng 135 $aurcnu|||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 10$aBlood transfusion 210 $aMilano $cItalian Society of Transfusion Medicine and Immunohaematology$d[2003]- 300 $aRefereed/Peer-reviewed 311 08$a1723-2007 517 1 $aTrasfusione del sangue 517 1 $aBlood transfus 606 $aBlood$xTransfusion$vPeriodicals 606 $aBlood Transfusion 606 $aBlood$xTransfusion$2fast$3(OCoLC)fst00834613 608 $aPeriodical. 608 $aPeriodicals.$2fast 608 $aPeriodicals.$2lcgft 615 0$aBlood$xTransfusion 615 2$aBlood Transfusion. 615 7$aBlood$xTransfusion. 712 02$aSocieta? italiana di medicina trasfusionale e immunoematologia. 801 0$bIDL 801 1$bIDL 801 2$bIDL 801 2$bUBY 801 2$bTXA 801 2$bOCLCQ 801 2$bOCLCF 801 2$bOCLCO 801 2$bSERSO 801 2$bOCLCQ 801 2$bLIP 801 2$bOCLCO 801 2$bXFH 801 2$bOCLCO 801 2$bWY@ 801 2$bOCLCO 801 2$bOCLCA 801 2$bBUF 801 2$bAU@ 801 2$bOCLCO 801 2$bWYU 801 2$bVT2 801 2$bOCLCQ 801 2$bOCLCO 801 2$bOCLCQ 801 2$bOCLCL 906 $aJOURNAL 912 $a9910140319303321 996 $aBlood transfusion$92091028 997 $aUNINA
