The "new" Red Book was intended to replace the 1992 fourth edition of the Red Book, with the ambition that its use would cease with time. This ambition has not materialised and is unlikely to do so in the future. Despite the importance of the 1999 Forms, there has been very little published on the new concepts adopted in them and how they interact with the previous forms. This important work considers these aspects together with the many developments aff 606 $aEngineering contracts 606 $aStandardized terms of contract 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aEngineering contracts. 615 0$aStandardized terms of contract. 676 $a343.07862 676 $a343.078624 676 $a343/.07862 700 $aBunni$b Nael G$0983900 701 $aBunni$b Nael G$0983900 712 02$aInternational Federation of Consulting Engineers. 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910143305703321 996 $aThe FIDIC forms of contract$92246336 997 $aUNINA LEADER 03676nam 2200529zu 450 001 9910134010303321 005 20210807000343.0 035 $a(CKB)9870000000000548 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000828441 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11442717 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000828441 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10832820 035 $a(PQKB)24032491 035 $a(WaSeSS)Ind00050731 035 $a(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/41962 035 $a(oapen)doab41962 035 $a(EXLCZ)999870000000000548 100 $a20160829d2011 uy 101 0 $aita 135 $aur||||||||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aIn mechanica Aristotelis problemata exercitationes 210 $cEdition Open Access$d2011 210 31$a[Place of publication not identified]$cepubli GmbH$d2011 215 $a1 online resource (273 p.) 225 1 $aSources 4 (Italian version of Sources 3): Max Planck Research Library for the History and Development of Knowledge 300 $aBibliographic Level Mode of Issuance: Monograph 311 08$a3-86931-960-7 330 $a_In mechanica Aristotelis problemata exercitationes_, scritte da Bernardino Baldi, vengono ristampate ? provviste d'introduzione e commento ? come quarto volume della collana _Sources_ della _Max Planck Research Library for the History and Development of Knowledge_, la versione Italiana di _Sources 3_. The _Exercitationes_ were first published in 1621, four years after the death of the author. The work belongs to the long tradition of studies on the pseudo-Aristotelian _Mechanical Problems_ developed during the Renaissance but, unlike most other works written during the sixteenth century, it takes a critical position against the theoretical approach of the pseudo-Aristotelian text. The _Exercitationes_ display a systematic application of Archimedean principles to the explanation of the questions discussed in _Mechanical Problems_ illustrating the patchwork character of preclassical mechanics. Moreover, Baldi's work presents lengthy digressions that considerably widen the boundaries of mechanics. 606 $aEngineering & Applied Sciences$2HILCC 606 $aApplied Mathematics$2HILCC 610 $aearly modern period 610 $aMPRL 610 $aEdition Open Access 610 $amechanics 610 $ahistory of science 615 7$aEngineering & Applied Sciences 615 7$aApplied Mathematics 700 $aBaldi$b Bernardino$f1553-1617,$029421 702 $aNenci$b Elio 801 0$bPQKB 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910134010303321 996 $aIn mechanica Aristotelis problemata exercitationes$91995638 997 $aUNINA
