Moreover, these macromolecules are important biomarkers of many human diseases. In recent years, the performance of separation techniques based on electromigration have significantly increased. The development of microdevices has reduced sample consumption and waste production while high-sensitivity detectors, such as mass spectrometry (MS) or laser-induced fluorescence (LIF), have significantly improved with regards to separation efficiency and detection limits. All of these advancements have led to appreciably enlarged fields of application. Nowadays, a multitude of studies using separation techniques based on electromigration to study proteins and peptides from numerous real matrices are available in the literature. This Special Issue covers the most recent knowledge and advances in the study of peptides and proteins using several electrophoresis techniques, as well as the characterization of relevant proteins and peptides in application areas such as clinical studies, functional foods, and toxicology. 606 $aChemistry$2bicssc 610 $aseed phosphoproteomics 610 $aLC-ESI-MS 610 $apurity 610 $atransferrin 610 $aCE-LIF 610 $aenzyme assay 610 $athioglucosidase 610 $acapillary electrophoresis 610 $avenom composition 610 $aimmunoassay 610 $afluorescence 610 $aseed proteomics 610 $aSEC-HPLC 610 $adesulfo-sinigrin 610 $ametalloproteins 610 $aseed quality traits 610 $aseed glycoproteomics 610 $aproteomics 610 $asulfatase 610 $aon-gel detection 610 $anon-covalent binding 610 $aNaja ashei 610 $amyrosinase 610 $aSDS-PAGE 610 $acarbon dots 610 $a2-D electrophoresis 610 $afragment 610 $arhIL-12 610 $aseed molecular breeding 610 $achip-based CE-LIF assay 615 7$aChemistry 700 $aPiergiovanni$b Angela R$01788593 702 $aHerrero-Martínez$b José Manuel 801 0$bScCtBLL 801 1$bScCtBLL 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910346854103321 996 $aAnalysis of Peptides and Proteins by Electrophoretic Techniques$94323633 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01927nam 2200553zu 450 001 9910133476803321 005 20210807004427.0 010 $a2-8218-2733-4 024 7 $a10.4000/books.pup.1810 035 $a(CKB)3390000000053858 035 $a(SSID)ssj0001538071 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11895388 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001538071 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)11525734 035 $a(PQKB)11347246 035 $a(WaSeSS)IndRDA00045134 035 $a(FrMaCLE)OB-pup-1810 035 $a(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/49358 035 $a(PPN)182834379 035 $a(oapen)doab49358 035 $a(EXLCZ)993390000000053858 100 $a20160829d1951 uy 101 0 $afre 135 $aur||||||||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aHistoire du vers français.
