This book starts with a different assumption: There are broad principles of forensic assessment that are applicable across different legal issues. If such principles exist, they should be derived from and supported by sources of authority in ethics, law, science, and prof- sional practice. This is what I seek to do in this book, with each of the 29 broad principles of forensic mental health assessment described and a- lyzed from the perspective of these sources of authority. There are a number of individuals who have contributed in various ways to making this a better book. It seems best to begin with a general acknowledgment: Those interested in forensic mental health assessment, particularly my colleagues from the American Psychology?Law Society and the American Board of Forensic Psychology, have been an extraor- narily helpful and congenial group. I have learned a great deal from them over the years and they challenged me to undertake the daunting task of trying to capture the broad views of the field in this book. 410 0$aPerspectives in law & psychology ;$vv. 12. 606 $aForensic psychology 606 $aMental illness$xDiagnosis 606 $aEvidence, Expert 615 0$aForensic psychology. 615 0$aMental illness$xDiagnosis. 615 0$aEvidence, Expert. 676 $a614/.1 700 $aHeilbrun$b Kirk$01545106 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910780391703321 996 $aPrinciples of forensic mental health assessment$93799805 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02165nas 2200661-a 450 001 996215328803316 005 20210111025803.3 011 $a2048-7010 035 $a(OCoLC)789278527 035 $a(CKB)2670000000173772 035 $a(CONSER)--2012250672 035 $a(DE-599)ZDB2662504-0 035 $a(MiAaPQ)2040176 035 $a(EXLCZ)992670000000173772 100 $a20120425a20129999 --- a 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur||||||||||| 181 $ctxt$2rdacontent 182 $cc$2rdamedia 183 $acr$2rdacarrier 200 00$aAgriculture & food security 210 $a[London] $cBioMed Central Ltd.$d2012- 215 $a1 online resource 300 $aRefereed/Peer-reviewed 517 1 $aAgriculture and food security 531 $aAGRIC FOOD SECUR 606 $aSustainable agriculture$vPeriodicals 606 $aAgriculture$xEnvironmental aspects$vPeriodicals 606 $aAgricultural ecology$vPeriodicals 606 $aFood security$xResearch$vPeriodicals 606 $aFood supply$vPeriodicals 606 $aFood consumption$vPeriodicals 606 $aNutrition$vPeriodicals 606 $aAgricultural ecology$2fast$3(OCoLC)fst00800685 606 $aAgriculture$xEnvironmental aspects$2fast$3(OCoLC)fst00801499 606 $aFood consumption$2fast$3(OCoLC)fst00930721 606 $aFood supply$2fast$3(OCoLC)fst00931196 606 $aNutrition$2fast$3(OCoLC)fst01042187 606 $aSustainable agriculture$2fast$3(OCoLC)fst01139712 608 $aPeriodicals.$2fast 610 $aAgriculture - General 615 0$aSustainable agriculture 615 0$aAgriculture$xEnvironmental aspects 615 0$aAgricultural ecology 615 0$aFood security$xResearch 615 0$aFood supply 615 0$aFood consumption 615 0$aNutrition 615 7$aAgricultural ecology. 615 7$aAgriculture$xEnvironmental aspects. 615 7$aFood consumption. 615 7$aFood supply. 615 7$aNutrition. 615 7$aSustainable agriculture. 906 $aJOURNAL 912 $a996215328803316 996 $aAgriculture & food security$91934151 997 $aUNISA
