A suo parere era essenziale rifiutare l'idea del primato dell'Occidente. Queste riflessioni furono sviluppate e corrette nell'intervento, datato 1971, dal titolo "Razza e cultura". I due scritti sono stati raccolti in questo volume e stupiscono per la tragica attualità di quanto denunciano.
