This new catalogue includes 189 Arabic manuscripts not listed earlier by Gacek or which have been acquired since then by the Institute of Ismaili Studies Library. The majority of the works belong to the theological, philosophical and historical traditions of Fatimid and post-Fatimid Yemeni Ismaili literature, including manuscripts by important and hitherto unknown authors from Syria. The catalogue is arranged alphabetically by author and chronologically by title and provides details of the content of each work and other relevant information of a literary, historical and doctrinal nature. There are references to other catalogues listing the same works to be found in other collections, followed by details of the main editions, translations and studies. Ismaili and Other Arabic Manuscripts is fully illustrated with colour photographs of selected manuscripts."--Bloomsbury Publishing. 606 $aIsmaili literature$xManuscripts$vCatalogs 606 $aManuscripts, Arabic$vCatalogs 606 $aManuscripts, Arabic$zGreat Britain$zLondon$vCatalogs 606 $aIslamic studies$2BIC 615 0$aIsmaili literature$xManuscripts 615 0$aManuscripts, Arabic 615 0$aManuscripts, Arabic 615 7$aIslamic studies. 676 $a011.31 702 $aCortese$b Delia 801 0$bUtOrBLW 801 1$bUtOrBLW 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910467862503321 996 $aIsmaili and other Arabic manuscripts$92094010 997 $aUNINA LEADER 02683oam 2200637I 450 001 9910454941603321 005 20200520144314.0 010 $a1-134-93125-5 010 $a1-280-32330-2 010 $a0-203-22382-9 024 7 $a10.4324/9780203223826 035 $a(CKB)111056485513050 035 $a(EBL)179846 035 $a(OCoLC)475885653 035 $a(SSID)ssj0000269531 035 $a(PQKBManifestationID)11235100 035 $a(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000269531 035 $a(PQKBWorkID)10243313 035 $a(PQKB)11746918 035 $a(MiAaPQ)EBC179846 035 $a(Au-PeEL)EBL179846 035 $a(CaPaEBR)ebr10058297 035 $a(CaONFJC)MIL32330 035 $a(OCoLC)50901906 035 $a(EXLCZ)99111056485513050 100 $a20180331d1993 uy 0 101 0 $aeng 135 $aur|n|---||||| 181 $ctxt 182 $cc 183 $acr 200 10$aWe are but women $ewomen in Ireland's history /$fRoger Sawyer 210 1$aLondon ;$aNew York :$cRoutledge,$d1993. 215 $a1 online resource (231 p.) 300 $aDescription based upon print version of record. 311 $a0-415-05866-X 320 $aIncludes bibliographical references (p. 194-200) and index. 327 $aBook Cover; Title; Contents; Foreword by; Preface; Acknowledgements; FROM THE BEGINNING; IN THE ASCENDANT; IRISH CULTURAL REVIVAL; WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND SEPARATISM: TOWARDS A FREE STATE; WOMEN AND THE SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES OF IRISH INDEPENDENCE; WOMEN AND THE SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES OF IRISH DEVOLUTION; ATTITUDES AND THEIR OUTCOME: SOUTH AND NORTH; EMANCIPATION AND UNITY; Notes; Bibliography; Index 330 $aWe Are But Women sets the history of Irish women in the context of the broad sweep of Irish history, dealing even-handedly with the diverse traditions of unionism and nationalism. Through an examination of exemplar individuals and organisations, the book traces the growth of Irish awareness of such `women's issues' as emancipation, divorce and abortion. Above all, it acknowledges the key role played by women in finding a solution to the Irish Question. 606 $aWomen$xPolitical activity$zIreland$xHistory 606 $aWomen$zIreland$xHistory 606 $aIrish question 607 $aIreland$xHistory 608 $aElectronic books. 615 0$aWomen$xPolitical activity$xHistory. 615 0$aWomen$xHistory. 615 0$aIrish question. 676 $a941.5/00442 700 $aSawyer$b Roger$f1931,$0975186 801 0$bMiAaPQ 801 1$bMiAaPQ 801 2$bMiAaPQ 906 $aBOOK 912 $a9910454941603321 996 $aWe are but women$92220391 997 $aUNINA LEADER 01089oas 2200337 a 450 001 996335796103316 005 20240330030710.0 011 $a1519-0129 035 $a(CKB)991042723600740 035 $a(CONSER)---00212550- 035 $a(MiAaPQ)44293 035 $a(EXLCZ)99991042723600740 100 $a19840904a19uu9999 \\\ a 101 0 $aeng 200 10$aGazeta mercantil 205 $aN.Y. weekly ed. 210 $aNew York, N.Y. $cGazeta Mercantil S.A.
