Denn auch bei Palliativpatienten verfolgt Aktivierend-therapeutische Pflege das Ziel, die individuelle, optimal erreichbare Mobilität und Selbstversorgung sowie Teilhabe und Selbstbestimmung möglichst lange zu erhalten oder auch wiederzuerlangen.
