The essays collected here were first offered for discussion at the Fifth Enoch Seminar Nangeroni Meeting, held in Naples, Italy, from June 30 – July 4, 2015, the purpose of which was to gain greater insight into the diversity of views of Jewish education during the period, both in Judea and Diaspora communities, by viewing them in light of their contemporary Greco-Roman backgrounds and Ancient Near Eastern influences. Together, they represent the broad array of approaches and specialties required to comprehend this complex and multi-faceted subject, and they demonstrate the fundamental importance of the topic for a fuller understanding of the period. The volume will be of particular interest to students and scholars of the history and culture of the Jewish people during the Hellenistic and Roman periods, ancient education, and Greek and Roman history.Beihefte zur Zeitschrift für die neutestamentliche Wissenschaft und die Kunde der älteren Kirche ;Volume 228.JudaismHistoryTo 70 A.DJewish religious educationHistoryAncient Education.Greek Paideia.Jewish Identity.Second Temple Judaism.JudaismHistoryJewish religious educationHistory.296.0901BC 7550SEPArvkZurawski Jason M.Boccaccini GabrieleMiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910794812403321Second temple Jewish Paideia in context3711517UNINA02423nam0 2200445 i 450 VAN008683420211110042921.245N978364221156020120125d2011 |0itac50 baengDE|||| |||||Disorder and critical phenomena through basic probability modelsécole d’été de probabilités de Saint-Flour XL-2010Giambattista GiacominBerlinSpringer2011XI, 130 p.ill.24 cm001VAN01022502001 Lecture notes in mathematics210 Berlin [etc.]Springer2025VAN0234249Disorder and critical phenomena through basic probability models141743060K35Interacting random processes; statistical mechanics type models; percolation theory [MSC 2020]VANC019993MF82B44Disordered systems (random Ising models, random Schrödinger operators, etc.) in equilibrium statistical mechanics [MSC 2020]VANC020487MF60K37Processes in random environments [MSC 2020]VANC020490MF82D30Statistical mechanical studies of random media, disordered materials (including liquid crystals and spin glasses) [MSC 2020]VANC021482MF60K05Renewal theory [MSC 2020]VANC026575MF82B27Critical phenomena in equilibrium statistical mechanics [MSC 2020]VANC028386MFCritical phenomenaKW:KDisorderKW:KLocalizationKW:KRenewal processesKW:KStatistical MechanicsKW:KBerlinVANL000066GiacominGianbattistaVANV071066723961École d'été de probabilités40.2010; Saint-FlourVANV071091Springer <editore>VANV108073650ITSOL20240614RICAhttps://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-21156-0E-book – Accesso al full-text attraverso riconoscimento IP di Ateneo, proxy e/o ShibbolethBIBLIOTECA DEL DIPARTIMENTO DI MATEMATICA E FISICAIT-CE0120VAN08NVAN0086834BIBLIOTECA DEL DIPARTIMENTO DI MATEMATICA E FISICA08CONS e-book 08LNM2025 20120125 Disorder and critical phenomena through basic probability models1417430UNICAMPANIA
