The aim of this conference on parallel computing was to review the progress of research in the field and to discuss the problems which still have to be solved. The papers presented were all invited from researchers within Shell and from universities and computer industries. The subjects covered in the conference were: - Experiences with various hardware and system software configurations; - Parallel programming methods and parallel languages; - General purpose mathematical software; - Fluid flow simulation; - Optimisation in logistics applications. New results are presented for linear algebra computations, for fluid flow simulation by cellular automata, and for simulating the breakage of catalyst carriers.Lecture Notes in Computer Science,0302-9743 ;384Computer communication systemsComputer organizationComputersComputer programmingMicroprocessorsNumerical analysisComputer Communication Networkshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I13022Computer Systems Organization and Communication Networkshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I13006Theory of Computationhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I16005Programming Techniqueshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14010Processor Architectureshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I13014Numerical Analysishttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/M14050Computer communication systems.Computer organization.Computers.Computer programming.Microprocessors.Numerical analysis.Computer Communication Networks.Computer Systems Organization and Communication Networks.Theory of Computation.Programming Techniques.Processor Architectures.Numerical Analysis.004.6Zee Gerrit A. vanedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtVorst Johannes G.G. van deedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtBOOK996465727903316Parallel Computing 19882830558UNISA01962nam 2200433 450 991082902530332120170924173806.01-4985-2916-X(CKB)3710000000851187(EBL)4670375(MiAaPQ)EBC4670375(EXLCZ)99371000000085118720160914h20162016 uy 0engur|n|---|||||rdacontentrdamediardacarrierClassical myth in four films of Alfred Hitchcock /Mark William PadillaLanham, Maryland :Lexington Books,2016.©20161 online resource (337 p.)Description based upon print version of record.1-4985-2917-8 1-4985-2915-1 Includes bibliographical references and index.Contents; The Feature Films of Alfred Hitchcock; List of Illustrations; Preface; Introduction; Chapter One.
