It is this day ordered by the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, that this ordinance be forthwith published in print, and that all parsons, vicars, and curates, in the Kingdom of England, and Dominion of Wales, be required to read this ordinance in their severall churches and chappels respectively the next Lords day after the receiving of said ordinance: And they are likewise required to stirre up the people to a large and free benevolence, to our poor brethren in Ireland, according as it is expressed in this ordinance.
