That the divines of the assembly that are resiants of the associated counties, ... be desired to go down into their severall counties, to stirre up the people to rise for their defence. II. That the Lord Generall the Earl of Essex, be desired to grant a commission to the Earl of Manchester, to be Sergeant Major Generall of all the forces of the six associated counties. III.
