MAIN FINDINGS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE RESEARCH""; ""APPENDIX""; ""REFERENCES""The foreign exchange market microstructures in developing and transition economies are characterized by the results from the IMF's 2001 Survey on Foreign Exchange Market Organization. The survey found that these markets are usually unified onshore spot markets for U.S. dollars, where transactions are concentrated at the bank-customer level. The trading mechanisms are usually dealer or mixed dealer/auction markets; the degree of transparency is often low; settlement systems remain risky; and the scope for price discovery is variable.IMF Working Papers; Working Paper ;No. 2004/004Foreign exchange marketDeveloping countriesBanks and BankingimfFinance: GeneralimfForeign ExchangeimfMoney and Monetary PolicyimfInternational Financial MarketsimfMonetary SystemsimfStandardsimfRegimesimfGovernment and the Monetary SystemimfPayment SystemsimfBanksimfDepository InstitutionsimfMicro Finance InstitutionsimfMortgagesimfCurrencyimfForeign exchangeimfFinanceimfMonetary economicsimfBankingimfCurrency marketsimfCurrenciesimfExchange ratesimfForeign exchange marketimfMoneyimfBanks and bankingimfUnited StatesimfForeign exchange marketBanks and BankingFinance: GeneralForeign ExchangeMoney and Monetary PolicyInternational Financial MarketsMonetary SystemsStandardsRegimesGovernment and the Monetary SystemPayment SystemsBanksDepository InstitutionsMicro Finance InstitutionsMortgagesCurrencyForeign exchangeFinanceMonetary economicsBankingCurrency marketsCurrenciesExchange ratesForeign exchange marketMoneyBanks and bankingCanales Kriljenko Jorge1462068International Monetary Fund.Monetary and Financial Systems Dept.DcWaIMFBOOK9910788521703321Foreign Exchange Market Organization in Selected Developing and Transition Economies3670939UNINA02054nas 2200601- 450 99620454420331620230518213020.01740-7834(DE-599)ZDB2149970-6(OCoLC)604726257(CKB)110978978959468(CONSER)--2015200297(EXLCZ)9911097897895946820100407a19959999 --- aengurbn||||||abpurbn||||||adatxtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierThe new review of academic librarianshipLondon :Taylor Graham,1995-Abingdon, Oxfordshire :Routledge, Taylor & FrancisPhiladelphia, PA :Taylor & Francis, Inc.Refereed/Peer-reviewed1361-4533 NEW REVIEW OF ACADEMIC LIBRARIANSHIPAcademic librariesGreat BritainPeriodicalsLibrary scienceGreat BritainPeriodicalsAcademic librariesPeriodicalsBibliothèques universitairesGrande-BretagnePériodiquesBibliothéconomieGrande-BretagnePériodiquesBibliothèques universitairesPériodiquesAcademic librariesfast(OCoLC)fst00794997Library sciencefast(OCoLC)fst00997916Wetenschappelijke bibliothekengttGreat BritainfastPeriodicals.fastHigher education institutionsLibrariesAcademic librariesLibrary scienceAcademic librariesBibliothèques universitairesBibliothéconomieBibliothèques universitairesAcademic libraries.Library science.Wetenschappelijke bibliotheken.027.7/0941JOURNAL996204544203316The new review of academic librarianship2426245UNISA
