China, on May 20-21, 2006. The theme of SPW/ProSim 2006 was “Software Process Change – Meeting the Challenge.” Software developers are under ever-increasing pressure to deliver their products more quickly and with higher levels of quality. These demands are set in a dynamic context of frequently changing technologies, limited resources and globally distributed development teams. At the same time, global competition is forcing - ganizations that develop software to cut costs by rationalizing processes, outsourcing part or all of their activities, reusing existing software in new or modified applications and evolving existing systems to meet new needs, while still minimizing the risk of projects failing to deliver. To address these difficulties, new or modified processes are emerging, including agile methods and plan-based product line development. Open Source, COTS and community-developed software are becoming more popular. Outsourcing coupled with 24/7 development demands well-defined processes and interfaces to support the coordination of organizationally and geographically separated teams. All of these challenges combine to increase demands on the efficiency and effectiveness of so- ware processes.Programming and Software Engineering ;3966Software engineeringManagement information systemsComputer scienceApplication softwareComputers and civilizationComputer programmingSoftware Engineering/Programming and Operating Systemshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14002Software Engineeringhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14029Management of Computing and Information Systemshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I24067Computer Appl. in Administrative Data Processinghttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I2301XComputers and Societyhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I24040Programming Techniqueshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14010Software engineering.Management information systems.Computer science.Application software.Computers and civilization.Computer programming.Software Engineering/Programming and Operating Systems.Software Engineering.Management of Computing and Information Systems.Computer Appl. in Administrative Data Processing.Computers and Society.Programming Techniques.005.1Wang Qingedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtPfahl Dietmaredthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtRaffo David Medthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtWernick Pauledthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtSoftware Process Workshop(2006 :Shanghai, China)International Workshop on Software Process Simulation and Modeling.BOOK996465881903316Software Process Change772240UNISA01218nam0 22003011i 450 UON0007779720231205102418.11007-914217-2-420020107d1995 |0itac50 baengUS|||| |||||Arab women noveliststhe formative years and beyondJoseph T.
