The problems of biomedical diagnostics are considered. Scattering of laser irradiation of blood cells is modeled for biological structures (dermis, epidermis, vascular plexus). An analytic theory is provided which is based on solving the wave equation for the electromagnetic field. It allows the accurate analysis of interference effects arising from the partial superposition of scattered waves. Treated topics of mathematical modeling are: optical characterization of biological tissue with large-scale and small-scale inhomogeneities in the layers, heating blood vessel under laser irradiation incident on the outer surface of the skin and thermo-chemical denaturation of biological structures at the example of human skin.Biological and Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering,1618-7210BiophysicsBiophysicsLasersPhotonicsBiomedical engineeringMedical physicsRadiationPhysicsBiological and Medical Physics, Biophysicshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P27008Optics, Lasers, Photonics, Optical Deviceshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P31030Biomedical Engineering and Bioengineeringhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/T2700XMedical and Radiation Physicshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P27060Numerical and Computational Physics, Simulationhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P19021Biophysics.Biophysics.Lasers.Photonics.Biomedical engineering.Medical physics.Radiation.Physics.Biological and Medical Physics, Biophysics.Optics, Lasers, Photonics, Optical Devices.Biomedical Engineering and Bioengineering.Medical and Radiation Physics.Numerical and Computational Physics, Simulation.610.28Kulikov Kirillauthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut791370BOOK9910300383903321Laser Interaction with Biological Material1768754UNINA02802nam 2200589Ia 450 991097468410332120251203200642.01-282-32900-697866123290050-19-973683-9(CKB)1000000000808071(EBL)472339(OCoLC)502285991(SSID)ssj0000336863(PQKBManifestationID)11304048(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000336863(PQKBWorkID)10288041(PQKB)11703367(MiAaPQ)EBC472339(Au-PeEL)EBL472339(CaPaEBR)ebr10346407(CaONFJC)MIL232900(FINmELB)ELB167217(EXLCZ)99100000000080807120090206d2009 uy 0engur|n|---|||||txtccrDown to the wire confronting climate collapse /David W. It is, rather, in how we orient ourselves to the generations to come who will bear the consequences, for better and for worse, of our actions."" So writes David Orr in Down to the Wire, a sober and eloquent assessment of climate destabilization and an urgent call to action. Orr describes how political negligence, an economy based on the insatiable consumption of trivial goods, and a disdain for the well-being of future generations have brought us to the tipping point that biologist Edward O. Wilson calls "Climatic changesClimatic changesClimatic changes.Climatic changes.363.73874Orr David W.1944-1660991MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910974684103321Down to the wire4461035UNINA
