Besides their importance as reactive intermediates, many biologically active compounds also contain these three-membered rings.Filling a gap in the literature, this clearly structured book presents the much needed information in a compact and concise way. The renowned editor has succeeded in gathering together excellent authors to cover synthesis, applications, and the biological aspects in equal depth.DEpoxy compoundsOrganic compoundsSynthesisElectronic books.Epoxy compounds.Organic compoundsSynthesis.547.2Yudin Andrei K888198MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910144322703321Aziridines and epoxides in organic synthesis1984064UNINA01787nam1 2200265 i 450 VAN0007338820240806100559.79820100114d1982 |0itac50 baitaIT|||| |||||Napoli guado obbligato per lo sviluppo del paeseACENAssociazione Costruttori Edili della provincia di Napoli ; a cura del CRESMECentro Ricerche Economiche Sociologiche e di Mercato nell'Edilizia[Romas.n.1982]v.24 cm.001VAN000733892001 ˆ1: ‰Analisi e proposteACENAssociazione Costruttori della Provincia di Napoli ; a cura del CRESMECentro Ricerche Economiche Sociologiche e di Mercato nell'Edilizia210 [Romas.n.1982]215 115 p.ill.24 cm.1001VAN000733912001 ˆ2: ‰Monografie di settore e schede di analisiACENAssociazione Costruttori Edili della provincia di Napoli ; a cura del CRESMECentro Ricerche Economiche Sociologiche e di Mercato nell'Edilizia210 [Romas.n.1982]215 XI, P. 123-53324 cm.2001VAN000733932001 Relazione del Presidente Francesco Rallo e presentazione dello studioassemblea 1982ACENAssociazione Costruttori Edili della provincia di Napoli210 [Romas.n.1982]215 85 p.24 cm .RomaVANL000360Associazione costruttori edili della provincia di NapoliVANV058802344944Centro ricerche economiche, sociologiche e di mercato nell'ediliziaVANV048814CresmeCentro ricerche economiche, sociologiche e di mercato nell'ediliziaVANV048815ITSOL20240906RICAVAN00073388Napoli guado obbligato per lo sviluppo del paese581798UNICAMPANIA08576nam 22006614a 450 991097233730332120200520144314.09780313004551031300455297805853843130585384312(CKB)111056486934622(OCoLC)49995256(CaPaEBR)ebrary5004861(SSID)ssj0000196764(PQKBManifestationID)11185683(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000196764(PQKBWorkID)10152651(PQKB)11232202(MiAaPQ)EBC3000192(Au-PeEL)EBL3000192(CaPaEBR)ebr5004861(OCoLC)697715825(Perlego)4202358(EXLCZ)9911105648693462219990728d2000 uy 0engurcn|||||||||txtccrManaging change in a unionized workplace countervailing collaboration /Kirk Blackard1st ed.Westport, Conn. strategic human resources management, change management, and related labor/management relations issues, but also offers easily grasped and applied methods for addressing all of these issues. Labor relations should be a fully integrated part of a systemic approach to human resource management, argues Blackard. He challenges the feasibility of ad hoc programs and labor/management partnerships, but encourages collaboration within the context of both parties' interests and roles. His book provides a philosophy and set of practices to manage change and improve the labor/management relationship in the unionized workplace. Companies with poor union relationships rarely have union problems; they have management problems. The crux is that managing change is a special challenge. To help executives address the challenge, Blackard first reviews the state of labor relations and discusses key differences between managing change in union and non-union settings. He presents a philosophy based on collaboration of countervailing interests and an integrated model for change management that is uniquely applicable in unionized workplaces. He then discusses the application of management practices based on such concepts as organizational learning, systems theory, trust, power, mutual gains negotiations, and supplemental teams that support the countervailing collaboration concept. By seeing labor relations as part of a broader human resource management system, one can identify and better understand many of the questions that inevitably rise when faced with the need for rapid and often drastic change.
