Révolution graphique et rupture anthropologique » (A. Garapon et J. Lassègue, PUF, 2018). Il s’agissait, en présence des auteurs et sous la présidence du Professeur Fabrice Gréau, de réunir des privatistes et publicistes sensibles au droit du numérique, mais également des informaticiens, afin d’échanger sur certaines des thèses développées par les auteurs : l’effet potentiellement destructeur du numérique – particulièrement des intelligences artificielles – sur le système politico-juridique (l’état se trouve menacé dans sa souveraineté, la loi générale réduite à des aménagements individuels, le procès dénaturé au point de ne plus accomplir sa fonction pacificatrice etc.), le développement incontrôlé des legaltechs, les dangers et limites de la justice prédictive etc., avec en toile de fond l’idée que la notion même d’écriture numérique porte en elle les causes profondes de ces périls.
