The work first analyzes family structure and demographic variables as they appear in population registers and other sources, and the impact of these findings on theoretical syntheses of the European family pattern. On most features, such as population structure, marriage and nuptiality, birth and fertility, death and mortality rates, family and household size and structure, as well as inheritance patterns, the Balkans show an enormous deal of internal variety. This variability is put in a comparative European context by matching the quantifiable results with comparable figures and patterns in other parts of Europe. The second section of the book is a contribution to the long-standing debate over the zadruga, the complex, collective, joint or extended family in the Balkans. Finally, the book considers ideology and mythology and the ways it has adversely affected scholarship on the family, and broadly on population history.Family demographyBulgariaBulgariaPopulationBulgariaSocial life and customsFamily demography304.6094977Todorova Mariia Nikolaeva458950MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910963800703321Balkan family structure and the European pattern4361948UNINA05157nam 22007215 450 991025475680332120200630212124.09781484218365148421836110.1007/978-1-4842-1836-5(CKB)3710000000541991(EBL)4306464(SSID)ssj0001597371(PQKBManifestationID)16297880(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001597371(PQKBWorkID)14886722(PQKB)11515144(DE-He213)978-1-4842-1836-5(MiAaPQ)EBC4306464(CaSebORM)9781484218365(PPN)190882492(OCoLC)937787180(OCoLC)ocn937787180(EXLCZ)99371000000054199120151230d2016 u| 0engur|n|---|||||txtccrOracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer Exam 1Z0-809: A Comprehensive OCPJP 8 Certification Guide A Comprehensive OCPJP 8 Certification Guide /by SG Ganesh, Hari Kiran Kumar, Tushar Sharma2nd ed. 2016.Berkeley, CA :Apress :Imprint: Apress,2016.1 online resource (496 p.)Expert's Voice in JavaIncludes index.9781484218358 1484218353 The OCPJP 8 Exam: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) -- Java Class Design -- Advanced Java Class Design -- Generics and Collections Lambda Built-in Functional Interfaces -- Java Stream API -- Exceptions and Assertions -- Use Java SE 8 Date/Time API -- Java I/O Fundamentals -- Java File I/O (NIO.2) -- Java Concurrency -- Building Database Applications with JDBC -- Localization -- Full-length Mock Exam. This book is a comprehensive, step-by-step and one-stop guide for the Java SE 8 Programmer II exam (IZ0-809).
