As a result, the criminal law system has developed to combat these crimes and to try to protect society against them. The novelty and scientific originality of the obtained results derive from the fact that the study carried out is a comparative analysis, an attempt to compare cybercrime in the modern legal system with the contemporary one, both in the Republic of Moldova and globally.
