In this way the reader may learn much about this area without encountering too many technical difficulties. Chapter 1 describes the fundamental notions and the phenomenon of simultaneous holomorphic extension. Chapter 2 presents a fairly complete discussion of biholomorphisms of bounded (complete) Reinhardt domains in the two dimensional case. The third chapter gives a classification of Reinhardt domains of existence for the most important classes of holomorphic functions. The last chapter deals with invariant functions and gives explicit calculations of many of them on certain Reinhardt domains. Numerous exercises are included to help the readers with their understanding of the material. Further results and open problems are added which may be useful as seminar topics. The primary aim of this book is to introduce students or non-experts to some of the main research areas in several complex variables. The book provides a friendly invitation to this field as the only prerequisite is a basic knowledge of analysis.First Steps in Several Complex VariablesCalculus & mathematical analysisbicsscSeveral complex variables and analytic spacesmscCalculus & mathematical analysisSeveral complex variables and analytic spaces32-xxmscJarnicki Marek726136Pflug Peterch0018173BOOK9910151935303321First Steps in Several Complex Variables: Reinhardt Domains2565750UNINA09031nam 22016695 450 99641132520331620210225050953.03-11-072035-310.1515/9783110720358(CKB)5400000000002848(DE-B1597)567688(DE-B1597)9783110720358EBL7015047(AU-PeEL)EBL7015047(EXLCZ)99540000000000284820210225h20172017 fg engur|||||||||||txtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierThe State of Law Comparative Perspectives on the Rule of Law in Germany and Vietnam /Ulrich von Alemann, Lai Quoc Khanh, Detlef BriesenDüsseldorf : düsseldorf university press, [2017]©20171 online resource (362 p.)Description based upon print version of record.3-95758-053-6 Frontmatter -- Table of Contents -- Introduction -- I. Instead of beginning immediately with a highly specialized debate from the perspective of one single academic discipline, we started to discuss numerous facets of the subject arising from a multidisciplinary dialogue. For this reason, the contributions for this publication come from various scientific disciplines in Vietnam and Germany: political, historical, social, economic and legal sciences, but also members of Vietnamese governmental and non-governmental organizations. The aim of the volume is to open up a dialogue about the Rule of Law between two very different legal cultures, the German-European and the Vietnamese-Southeast Asian.LAW / InternationalbisacshAnton-Betz-Stiftung der Rheinischen Post.Bui Xuan Duc.Chinese legal institutions.Chinese social institutions.Codes of Trust.Development of Constitutionalism.Dinh Xuan Ly.Division and Control of State of Power.Duong Xuan Ngoc.Emergence of Market Exchange.French État legal.GFFU.Gerda Henkel Stiftung.German-European culture.Gesellschaft von Freunden und Förderern der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf.Global Challenges.Global Development of Constitutionalism.Global Governance.Global Trends.Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf.Ho Chi Minh's Ideology.Ho Chi Minh.Hoang Thi Kim Que.Human Rights Culture.Idea of the State of Law.Julian Krüper.Justus Haucap.Legal Pluralism.Liu Mengyue.Ly-Tran.Michael Baurmann.Montesquieu.New Institutional Economic Perspective.Nguyen Ngoc Anh.Nguyen Thi Chau Loan.Nguyen Thi Hoi.Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang.Pham Duc Anh.Phan Duy Anh.Phan Xuan Son.Police State Vietnam.Renovation Era.Rousseau.Rule of Law.Rules of Organization.Rules of Procedure.Ruling with Law.Separation of Powers in Vietnam.Signs of a State of Law.Socialist Law-based State.State of Improvement.State of Law Indicators.State of Law in Vietnam.State of Law.State of Reformation.Thomas Schmitz.Vietnam Communist Party.Vietnam in the monarchical time.Vietnam today.Vietnam.Vietnamese Civil Society.Vietnamese Legitimate State.Vietnamese State of Law.Vietnamese governmental organization.Vietnamese non-governmental organization.Vietnamese-Southeast Asian culture.Vu Cong Giao.Vu Thi Phung.Western Political Thought.anti-corruption.early Le dynasties.governing the people.improving awareness.policies on governing.pre-modern Political Thought.pre-modern separation of powers.press in Vietnam.process of improving awareness.separation of powers.État legal in Vietnam.LAW / International.Alemann Ulrich von, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbBaurmann Michael, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbBriesen Detlef, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbBriesen Detlef, edthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtCong Giao Vu, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbDuc Anh Pham, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbDuy Anh Phan, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbHaucap Justus, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbKhanh Lai Quoc, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbKhanh Lai Quoc, edthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtKrüper Julian, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbMengyue Liu, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbNgoc Anh Nguyen, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbPhung Vu Thi, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbQue Hoang Thi Kim, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbQuoc Khanh Lai, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbSchmitz Thomas, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbThi Chau Loan Nguyen, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbThi Hoi Nguyen, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbThi Thuy Hang Nguyen, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbXuan Duc Bui, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbXuan Ly Dinh, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbXuan Ngoc Duong, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbXuan Son Phan, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbvon Alemann Ulrich, edthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtDE-B1597DE-B1597BOOK996411325203316The State of Law2562431UNISA01910nam 2200481 450 991080992780332120230808192036.00-8232-7149-8(CKB)3710000000613419(EBL)4447813(OCoLC)944933397(SSID)ssj0001630610(PQKBManifestationID)16377383(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001630610(PQKBWorkID)14928332(PQKB)10020370(MiAaPQ)EBC4447813(EXLCZ)99371000000061341920160623h20162016 uy 0engur|n|---|||||txtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierThe amazing adventures of Bob Brown a real-life zelig who wrote his way through the 20th century /Craig SaperFirst edition.New York :Empire State Editions,2016.©20161 online resource0-8232-7145-5 Includes bibliographical references and index.Preface -- When the artist became a fiction factory, 1907-1917 -- A pulp non-fiction adventure story: once upon a time, 1886-1907 -- Free love, free verse, and free radicals in the avant-garde, 1913-1917 -- Exile, escape, empire, and world travels, 1917-1928 -- Expatriate avant-garde in the South of France, 1928-1932 -- Let there be beer, wine, snacks, and radical social change, 1932-1940 -- Saudade and going home again: the Amazon, Hollywood, Brazil, and Manhattan, 1941-1959.Authors, American20th centuryBiographyAuthors, American811/.52Saper Craig J.802544MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910809927803321The amazing adventures of Bob Brown3997964UNINA
