Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually The CyberICPS Workshop received 21 submissions from which 5 full papers were selected for presentation. They cover topics related to threats, vulnerabilities and risks that cyber-physical systems and industrial control systems face; cyberattacks that may be launched against such systems; and ways of detecting and responding to such attacks. From the SECPRE Workshop 4 full papers out of 7 submissions are included. The selected papers deal with aspects of security and privacy requirements assurance and evaluation; and security requirements elicitation and modelling and to GDPR compliance. From the ADIoT Workshop 2 full papers and 2 short papers out of 12 submissions are included. The papers focus on IoT attacks and defenses and discuss either practical or theoretical solutions to identify IoT vulnerabilities and IoT security mechanisms.Security and Cryptology ;12501Computer securityCongressesComputer security005.8Katsikas Sokratis K.MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK996418316903316Computer & security878224UNISA04132nam 2200973 a 450 991079031770332120230124190526.01-282-23392-097866138116600-520-95383-510.1525/9780520953833(CKB)2670000000230656(EBL)980022(OCoLC)802693544(SSID)ssj0000696737(PQKBManifestationID)12225924(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000696737(PQKBWorkID)10682461(PQKB)11286985(MiAaPQ)EBC980022(DE-B1597)518982(OCoLC)806040079(DE-B1597)9780520953833(Au-PeEL)EBL980022(CaPaEBR)ebr10587983(CaONFJC)MIL381166(EXLCZ)99267000000023065620120330d2012 ub 0engur|n|---|||||txtccrA shark going inland is my chief[electronic resource] the island civilization of ancient Hawaiʻi /Patrick Vinton KirchBerkeley University of California Pressc20121 online resource (375 p.)Description based upon print version of record.0-520-30341-5 0-520-27330-3 Includes bibliographical references (p. 317-333) and index.pt. 1. The reign of the feathered gods.Tracing the origins of the Hawaiians and other Polynesians back to the shores of the South China Sea, archaeologist Patrick Vinton Kirch follows their voyages of discovery across the Pacific in this fascinating history of Hawaiian culture from about one thousand years ago. Combining more than four decades of his own research with Native Hawaiian oral traditions and the evidence of archaeology, Kirch puts a human face on the gradual rise to power of the Hawaiian god-kings, who by the late eighteenth century were locked in a series of wars for ultimate control of the entire archipelago. This lively, accessible chronicle works back from Captain James Cook's encounter with the pristine kingdom in 1778, when the British explorers encountered an island civilization governed by rulers who could not be gazed upon by common people. Interweaving anecdotes from his own widespread travel and extensive archaeological investigations into the broader historical narrative, Kirch shows how the early Polynesian settlers of Hawai'i adapted to this new island landscape and created highly productive agricultural systems.SOCIAL SCIENCE / ArchaeologybisacshHawaiiCivilizationHawaiiAntiquitiesHawaiiHistoryTo 1893HawaiiEnvironmental conditions18th century history.agriculture history.american indians.archaeologist books.archipelago history.books based on facts.books for history lovers.british history.captain james hook.distractions for kids.easy to read.engaging.european history.hawaiian culture.hawaiian religion.hawaiian tradition.history of hawaii.learning while reading.leisure reads.native american history.nonfiction history books.page turner.polynesian history.polynesian settlers.power struggle.south china sea.vacation books.SOCIAL SCIENCE / Archaeology.996.9/02Kirch Patrick Vinton678780MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910790317703321A shark going inland is my chief3739997UNINA
