Growth has accelerated rapidly and international and fiscal reserves increased, on the back of increased logging and mining, but also owing to better fiscal management and increased international assistance. The medium-term reform agenda under the Core Economic Working Group emphasizes, among other things, strengthening of public financial management, in particular with regard to the management of natural resource revenues. Significant amounts of support have been provided to the Central Bank of Solomon Islands in formulating and implementing new prudential regulations for banks and also in developing a more robust inflation forecasting regime.IMF Staff Country Reports; Country Report ;No. 2014/012Fiscal policySolomon IslandsMonetary policySolomon IslandsStructural adjustment (Economic policy)Solomon IslandsEconomic indicatorsSolomon IslandsBanks and BankingimfExports and ImportsimfMacroeconomicsimfMoney and Monetary PolicyimfPublic FinanceimfStatisticsimfNational Government Expenditures and Related Policies: GeneralimfInternational Lending and Debt ProblemsimfDebtimfDebt ManagementimfSovereign DebtimfBanksimfDepository InstitutionsimfMicro Finance InstitutionsimfMortgagesimfData Collection and Data Estimation MethodologyimfComputer Programs: OtherimfGeneral Aggregative Models: GeneralimfPublic finance & taxationimfInternational economicsimfBankingimfMonetary economicsimfEconometrics & economic statisticsimfExpenditureimfExternal debtimfPublic debtimfPublic financial management (PFM)imfNational accountsimfDebts, ExternalimfDebts, PublicimfExpenditures, PublicimfFinance, PublicimfBanks and bankingimfNational incomeimfSolomon IslandsimfFiscal policyMonetary policyStructural adjustment (Economic policy)Economic indicatorsBanks and BankingExports and ImportsMacroeconomicsMoney and Monetary PolicyPublic FinanceStatisticsNational Government Expenditures and Related Policies: GeneralInternational Lending and Debt ProblemsDebtDebt ManagementSovereign DebtBanksDepository InstitutionsMicro Finance InstitutionsMortgagesData Collection and Data Estimation MethodologyComputer Programs: OtherGeneral Aggregative Models: GeneralPublic finance & taxationInternational economicsBankingMonetary economicsEconometrics & economic statisticsExpenditureExternal debtPublic debtPublic financial management (PFM)National accountsDebts, ExternalDebts, PublicExpenditures, PublicFinance, PublicBanks and bankingNational income339.52DcWaIMFBOOK9910789006403321Solomon Islands3700430UNINA
