Given K values for the match-specific variable, it is known that there are K reservation wages that could be posted, but generically never more than two actually are posted in equilibrium. What is unknown is when we get two wages, and which wages are actually posted. For an example with K = 3, we show equilibrium is unique; may have one wage or two; and when there are two, the equilibrium can display any combination of posted reservation wages, depending on parameters. We also show how wages, profits, and unemployment depend on productivity.IMF Working Papers; Working Paper ;No. 2006/019Equilibrium (Economics)Econometric modelsWagesEconometric modelsLaborimfPublic FinanceimfCriminologyimfWages, Compensation, and Labor Costs: GeneralimfIllegal Behavior and the Enforcement of LawimfEmploymentimfUnemploymentimfWagesimfIntergenerational Income DistributionimfAggregate Human CapitalimfAggregate Labor ProductivityimfNational Government Expenditures and Related Policies: GeneralimfUnemployment: Models, Duration, Incidence, and Job SearchimfLabourimfincome economicsimfCorporate crimeimfwhite-collar crimeimfPublic finance & taxationimfIllicit financial flowsimfPublic expenditure reviewimfMoney launderingimfEconomic theoryimfExpenditures, PublicimfEquilibrium (Economics)Econometric models.WagesEconometric models.LaborPublic FinanceCriminologyWages, Compensation, and Labor Costs: GeneralIllegal Behavior and the Enforcement of LawEmploymentUnemploymentWagesIntergenerational Income DistributionAggregate Human CapitalAggregate Labor ProductivityNational Government Expenditures and Related Policies: GeneralUnemployment: Models, Duration, Incidence, and Job SearchLabourincome economicsCorporate crimewhite-collar crimePublic finance & taxationIllicit financial flowsPublic expenditure reviewMoney launderingEconomic theoryExpenditures, PublicInternational Monetary Fund.Research Dept.DcWaIMFBOOK9910788688303321Equilibrium Wage Dispersion3720957UNINA
