Supplementary Memorandum of Economic Policies of the Government of DominicaThis paper discusses key findings of the Seventh Review Under the Poverty Reduction and Growth Facility (PRGF) for Dominica. Policy implementation under the program has remained strong. All end-June 2006 performance criteria were met, and all indicative targets for end-June and end-September were met with comfortable margins. Progress has been made on the structural benchmarks for the Seventh Review. Fiscal performance in FY2005/06 was commendably strong, and the FY2006/07 budget reflects a continuation of strong fiscal policies.IMF Staff Country Reports; Country Report ;No. 2007/001Fiscal policyDominicaDebt reliefDominicaStructural adjustment (Economic policy)DominicaFinancial Risk ManagementimfLaborimfMacroeconomicsimfPublic FinanceimfTaxationimfTaxation, Subsidies, and Revenue: GeneralimfDebtimfDebt ManagementimfSovereign DebtimfNational Government Expenditures and Related Policies: GeneralimfInstitutions and the MacroeconomyimfBusiness Taxes and SubsidiesimfPublic finance & taxationimfFinanceimfLabourimfincome economicsimfRevenue administrationimfDebt restructuringimfPublic financial management (PFM)imfStructural reformsimfValue-added taximfAsset and liability managementimfTaxesimfMacrostructural analysisimfRevenueimfDebts, ExternalimfFinance, PublicimfSpendings taximfDominicaEconomic conditionsDominicaEconomic policyDominicaimfFiscal policyDebt reliefStructural adjustment (Economic policy)Financial Risk ManagementLaborMacroeconomicsPublic FinanceTaxationTaxation, Subsidies, and Revenue: GeneralDebtDebt ManagementSovereign DebtNational Government Expenditures and Related Policies: GeneralInstitutions and the MacroeconomyBusiness Taxes and SubsidiesPublic finance & taxationFinanceLabourincome economicsRevenue administrationDebt restructuringPublic financial management (PFM)Structural reformsValue-added taxAsset and liability managementTaxesMacrostructural analysisRevenueDebts, ExternalFinance, PublicSpendings tax338.2689International Monetary Fund.Western Hemisphere Dept.DcWaIMFBOOK9910788527203321Dominica1144102UNINA
