Declarative programming is an advanced paradigm for the modeling and solving of complex problems. This speci?cation method has become more and more attractive in recent years, for example, in the domains of databases, for the processing of natural language, for the modeling and processing of combinatorial problems, and for establishing knowledge-based systems for the Web. The INAP conferences provide a forum for intensive discussions of appli- tions of important technologies around logic programming, constraint problem solving, and closely related advanced software. They comprehensively cover the impact of programmable logic solvers in the Internet society, its underlying te- nologies, and leading-edge applications in industry, commerce, government, and social services. The Workshops on Logic Programming are the annual meeting of the Society for Logic Programming (GLP e.V.). They bring together researchers interested in logic programming, constraint programming, and related areas like databases and arti?cial intelligence. Previous workshops have been held in Germany, A- tria, and Switzerland. Thetopicsoftheselectedpapersofthisyear’sjointconferenceconcentrateon three currently important ?elds: knowledge management and decision support, constraint programming and constraint solving, and declarative programming and Web-based systems.Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence ;3392Programming languages (Electronic computers)Artificial intelligenceComputer programmingProgramming Languages, Compilers, Interpretershttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14037Artificial Intelligencehttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I21000Programming Techniqueshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14010Programming languages (Electronic computers).Artificial intelligence.Computer programming.Programming Languages, Compilers, Interpreters.Artificial Intelligence.Programming Techniques.005/.3/1Seipel Dietmaredthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtHanus Michaeledthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtGeske Ulrichedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtBartenstein Oskaredthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtInternational Workshop on Logic Programming(18th :2004 :Potsdam, Germany)BOOK996465800403316Applications of Declarative Programming and Knowledge Management772096UNISA04669nam 2201093Ia 450 991078256410332120230207225902.01-281-75264-997866117526440-520-94268-X10.1525/9780520942684(CKB)1000000000576805(EBL)358946(OCoLC)476183677(SSID)ssj0000122127(PQKBManifestationID)11135478(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000122127(PQKBWorkID)10123488(PQKB)11126693(StDuBDS)EDZ0000083815(MiAaPQ)EBC358946(DE-B1597)518628(OCoLC)290037751(DE-B1597)9780520942684(Au-PeEL)EBL358946(CaPaEBR)ebr10240761(CaONFJC)MIL175264(EXLCZ)99100000000057680520071214d2008 uy 0engurcn|||||||||txtccrThe Chumash world at European contact[electronic resource] power, trade, and feasting among complex hunter-gatherers /Lynn H. The Chumash, Pomo, and Patwin: Comparative Analysis and Final Thoughts --Notes --References --IndexWhen Spanish explorers and missionaries came onto Southern California's shores in 1769, they encountered the large towns and villages of the Chumash, a people who at that time were among the most advanced hunter-gatherer societies in the world. The Spanish were entertained and fed at lavish feasts hosted by chiefs who ruled over the settlements and who participated in extensive social and economic networks. In this first modern synthesis of data from the Chumash heartland, Lynn H. Gamble weaves together multiple sources of evidence to re-create the rich tapestry of Chumash society. Drawing from archaeology, historical documents, ethnography, and ecology, she describes daily life in the large mainland towns, focusing on Chumash culture, household organization, politics, economy, warfare, and more.Chumash IndiansHistoryChumash IndiansSocial life and customsIndians of North AmericaFirst contact with other peoplesCaliforniaCaliforniaDiscovery and explorationCaliforniaHistoryTo 1846SpainColoniesAmericaAdministration18th century american history.anthropology.archeology.california.chiefs.chumash culture.chumash society.chumash.cultural studies.ecology.economic networks.economy.ethnography.historical.history.household organization.hunter gatherer society.indigenous peoples.indigenous societies.native americans.native peoples.north american cultures.politics.power.social networks.southern california.spanish empire.spanish explorers.spanish imperialism.spanish missionaries.trade.voyages.warfare.Chumash IndiansHistory.Chumash IndiansSocial life and customs.Indians of North AmericaFirst contact with other peoples979.40049758Gamble Lynn H1500385MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910782564103321The Chumash world at European contact3727042UNINA
