Building on recent theories in interactional sociolinguistics, literary theory, social anthropology, critical discourse analysis, and the New Literacy Studies, they describe a microethnographic approach to discourse analysis that provides a reflexive and recursive research process that continually questions what counts as knowledge in and of the interactions among teachers and students. The approach combines attention to how people use language and other syLanguage artsSocial aspectsDiscourse analysisSocial aspectsCommunication in educationSocial aspectsSociolinguisticsElectronic books.Language artsSocial aspects.Discourse analysisSocial aspects.Communication in educationSocial aspects.Sociolinguistics.371.102/3Bloome David970830MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910450216103321Discourse analysis & the study of classroom language & literacy events2206639UNINA02306nam 2200433 450 991077488160332120231114131810.0(CKB)3460000000088803(ItFiC)it 02414305(NjHacI)993460000000088803(EXLCZ)99346000000008880320230220d2010 uy 0itaur|||||||||||txtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierSalute e disuguaglianze in Europa processi sociali e meccanismi individuali in azione /Giulia MascagniFirenze :FUP,[2010]©20101 online resource (196 pages)Strumenti per la didattica e la ricerca ;Volume 1039788884539793 This work analyses the relation between social inequality and health by focusing on the social processes and individual mechanisms that construct it within the area of action of the economic sphere, the cultural sphere and the social and territorial sphere. Within this framework, the body is conceived as a link between the physical, biological and material dimensions and the social, relational and emotional dimensions. At the same time, the proposal is to go beyond the well-known relationship between economic resources/social position and levels of health/life expectation, concentrating on the specific social and psychological dynamics generated by the availability of socio-economic capital. The over-simplified perspective of the social gradient of health is overtaken by an analysis of the relational dimension of the individual and his/her reference groups, and finally by appraising both the individual and collective aspects that can be traced to the social and political context and to the different welfare systems.Strumenti per la didattica e la ricerca ;Volume 103.Salute e disuguaglianze in EuropaSocial medicineSocial medicine.362314306361Mascagni Giulia714880NjHacINjHaclBOOK9910774881603321Salute e disuguaglianze in Europa3015922UNINA
