The editors asked these questions of thought leaders from around the globe, leaders who represent different sectors, faith traditions, worldviews and organizational functions. This volume represents the best of current thinking about the state of the field of workplace spirituality and of what the future holds. There are four themes: (1) management themes such as leadership, ethics, change management, and diversity; (2) workplace spirituality in sectors such as health and wellbeing, policing and creative industries, (3) key issues that are emerging, such as self-spirituality, mindfulness, storytelling and the importance of nature, and (4) cutting edge epistemologies and methodologies including indigenous studies, relational ontology, ethnography, and psychodynamics. These articles were chosen to provoke new thinking, new research, and new practice in the field of workplace spirituality, with the goal of helping the field mature in the next decade.Management, Spirituality and Religion BUSINESS & ECONOMICS / ManagementbisacshManagement.organizations.religion.spirituality.working lives.BUSINESS & ECONOMICS / Management.658.382Alewell Dorothea, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbAltman Yochanan, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbAltman Yochanan, edthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtBindlish Puneet K., ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbBoje David M., ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbCater John James, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbDana Leo-Paul, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbDelmestri Giuseppe, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbGill Roger, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbHolm Marie, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbHoughton Jeffery D., ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbKoning Juliette, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbKumar Payal, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbMayrhofer Wolfgang, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbMayrhofer Wolfgang, edthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtMerelo Guillermo, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbNandram Sharda S., ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbNeal Judi, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbNeal Judi, edthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtNeck Christopher P., ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbOxarart Richard, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbPavlovich Kathryn, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbPio Edwina, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbQuick James Campbell, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbRamadani Veland, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbRozuel Cécile, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbSchneeberger Doris, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbStorberg-Walker Julia, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbSudarshan Kasturirangan, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbZaidman Nurit, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbZsolnai Laszlo, ctbhttps://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/ctbDE-B1597DE-B1597BOOK9910774767603321Workplace Spirituality2596373UNINA
