It shows that effective scaling up of programmes in the response to HIV, and work towards making universal access a reality, does not necessarily have to be the expansion of a single central service. Through the Choose to Care initiative the Church scaled up service provision by the replication of the smaller scale programmes rooted in and responsive to their immediate communities' needs. The study shows that such an approach is effective when undertaken within common guidelines and given UNAIDS best practice collection.HIV infectionsAfrica, SouthernPreventionAIDS (Disease)Africa, SouthernPreventionHIV infectionsPrevention.AIDS (Disease)Prevention.614.547Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS.MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910782520003321A faith-based response to HIV in Southern Africa3709824UNINA03638nam 22005535 450 991076845170332120200701215619.03-319-06413-410.1007/978-3-319-06413-0(CKB)3710000000227178(EBL)1802551(SSID)ssj0001338762(PQKBManifestationID)11994249(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001338762(PQKBWorkID)11344873(PQKB)10533976(MiAaPQ)EBC1802551(DE-He213)978-3-319-06413-0(PPN)180621769(EXLCZ)99371000000022717820140827d2014 u| 0engur|n|---|||||txtccrLattice Theory: Special Topics and Applications Volume 1 /edited by George Grätzer, Friedrich Wehrung1st ed. 2014.Cham :Springer International Publishing :Imprint: Birkhäuser,2014.1 online resource (472 p.)Description based upon print version of record.1-322-13538-X 3-319-06412-6 Includes bibliographical references and index.Introduction. Two topics related to congruence lattices of lattices.George Grätzer's Lattice Theory: Foundation is his third book on lattice theory (General Lattice Theory, 1978, second edition, 1998). In 2009, Grätzer considered updating the second edition to reflect some exciting and deep developments. He soon realized that to lay the foundation, to survey the contemporary field, to pose research problems, would require more than one volume and more than one person. So Lattice Theory: Foundation provided the foundation. Now we complete this project with Lattice Theory: Special Topics and Applications, written by a distinguished group of experts, to cover some of the vast areas not in Foundation. This first volume is divided into three parts. Part I. Topology and Lattices includes two chapters by Klaus Keimel, Jimmie Lawson and Ales Pultr, Jiri Sichler. Part II. Special Classes of Finite Lattices comprises four chapters by Gabor Czedli, George Grätzer and Joseph P. S. Kung. Part III. Congruence Lattices of Infinite Lattices and Beyond includes four chapters by Friedrich Wehrung and George Grätzer.AlgebraOrdered algebraic structuresOrder, Lattices, Ordered Algebraic Structureshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/M11124Algebra.Ordered algebraic structures.Order, Lattices, Ordered Algebraic Structures.511.33Grätzer Georgeedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtWehrung Friedrichedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtBOOK9910768451703321Lattice theory1410318UNINA03520nam 22004815 450 991033750210332120200705141417.03-319-97220-010.1007/978-3-319-97220-6(CKB)4100000006999214(MiAaPQ)EBC5541266(DE-He213)978-3-319-97220-6(PPN)23146441X(EXLCZ)99410000000699921420181005d2019 u| 0engurcnu||||||||txtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierAdolescents with Chronic Kidney Disease From Diagnosis to End-Stage Disease /edited by Maha N. This book covers all aspects of chronic kidney disease from a general description to its psychological impact on the adolescent and lastly its progression to end-stage and dialysis. It details the important aspects of the patient’s journey from diagnosis to their final destination including transplant and discussion of the medications used. It includes chapters on important etiologies of chronic kidney disease in adolescence, addressing the particular challenges a provider may be faced with in caring for this age group, and finally transition of their care to adult care providers. Written by experts in the field of pediatrics and nephrology Adolescents with Chronic Kidney Disease is the definitive resource in diagnosing and transitioning patients with chronic kidney disease.NephrologyChild psychiatryNephrologyhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/H33126Child and Adolescent Psychiatryhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/H53040Nephrology.Child psychiatry.Nephrology.Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.618.9261Haddad Maha Nedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtWinnicki Ericaedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtNguyen Stephanieedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtBOOK9910337502103321Adolescents with Chronic Kidney Disease1734658UNINA
