The 13 revised full papers presented together with 1 invited long paper were carefully selected from 29 submissions during two rounds of reviewing and revision. The papers are organized in topical sections on organisations and norm-governed systems, privacy and security, agent-oriented software engineering, emergence and self-organisation, as well as simulation.Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence ;5485Artificial intelligenceSoftware engineeringComputer simulationApplication softwareComputer programmingArtificial Intelligencehttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I21000Software Engineering/Programming and Operating Systemshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14002Simulation and Modelinghttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I19000Computer Appl. in Social and Behavioral Scienceshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I23028Software Engineeringhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14029Programming Techniqueshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/I14010Kongress.swdSaint-Etienne (2008)swdArtificial intelligence.Software engineering.Computer simulation.Application software.Computer programming.Artificial Intelligence.Software Engineering/Programming and Operating Systems.Simulation and Modeling.Computer Appl. in Social and Behavioral Sciences.Software Engineering.Programming Techniques.006.3DAT 709fstubSS 4800rvkArtikis Alexanderedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtPicard Gauthieredthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtVercouter Laurentedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtBOOK996465416003316Engineering Societies in the Agents World IX774209UNISA01089nam0 22002771i 450 UON0029438920231205103935.75920070509d1963 |0itac50 bapolPL|||| 1||||Boleslaw Prus w oczach potomnychJanina Kulczycka-SaloniWarszawa : Panstwowe Wydawnictwo Naukowe196330 [153-182] p.24 cmNadbitka z tomuZ polskich studiow slawistycznych.PRUS BOLESLAWUONC062517FIPLWarszawaUONL000573891.85Letteratura polacca21KULCZYCKA-SALONIJaninaUONV138110686269Państwowe Wydawnictwo NaukoweUONV247466650ITSOL20240220RICASIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEOUONSIUON00294389SIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEOSI POLACCO C 0457 SI EO 39627 5 0457 Boleslaw Prus w oczach potomnych1252491UNIOR04887nam 2200817I 450 991076571360332120180829101641.0978135165202513516520289781315155968131515596697814987878711498787878(CKB)4100000004834525(MiAaPQ)EBC5426716(OCoLC)1037075032(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/36751(ScCtBLL)0c045529-7b59-4242-a15a-1bb07d7fa701(OCoLC)1163820703(oapen)doab36751(EXLCZ)99410000000483452520180727d2018 uy 0engurcnu||||||||txtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierCells in evolutionary biology transLating genotypes into phenotypes - past, present, future /edited by Brian K. This book —Cells in Evolutionary Biology — evaluates the evolution of cells themselves and the role cells have been viewed to play as agents of change at other levels of biological organization. Chapters explore Darwin’s use of cells in his theory of evolution and how Weismann’s theory of the separation of germ plasm from body cells brought cells to center stage in understanding how acquired changes to cells within generations are not passed on to future generations. The study of evolution through the analysis of cell lineages during embryonic development dominated evolutionary cell biology until usurped by the switch to genes as the agents of heredity in the first decades of the 20th century. Discovery that cells exchanged organelles via symbiosis led to a fundamental reevaluation of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells and to a reorganizations of the Tree of Life. Identification of cellular signaling centers, of mechanisms responsible for cellular patterning, and of cell behavior and cellular condensations as mediating the plasticity that enables phenotypic change during evolution, provided powerful new synergies between cell biology and evolutionary theory and the basis for Evolutionary Cell Biology.Evolutionary cell biology.CytologyNatural historyZoologyLIFESCIENCEnetBASEbisacshSCIENCE / Life Sciences / EvolutionbisacshNATURE / Animals / GeneralbisacshEvolution, MolecularCell Physiological PhenomenageneticsGenetic Association StudiesGenotypePhenotypeCytology.Natural history.Zoology.LIFESCIENCEnetBASE.SCIENCE / Life Sciences / Evolution.NATURE / Animals / General.Evolution, Molecular.Cell Physiological Phenomenagenetics.Genetic Association Studies.Genotype.Phenotype.572.838Schneider Richard Aauth1452504Hall Brian K(Brian Keith),1941-Moody Sally A.FlBoTFGFlBoTFGBOOK9910765713603321Cells in evolutionary biology3654133UNINA
