Intitulée « Intervenir dans les logements reconstruits : de la méthodologie de recherche aux stratégies d'action », la recherche dirigée dans ce cadre par Christel Palant proposait, dans l'esprit de l'appel à projet, une articulation forte entre recherche, enseignement et stratégies d'intervention, sur un patrimoine souvent qualifié d'« ordinaire », mais qui constitue aujourd'hui une grande part de notre cadre de vie, urbain et bâti.
